Tbh, an old iPhone like the 6, 7 or 8 would make a great dumb phone. Because they wouldn’t really be up to date, and so you could only use the bare essentials.
Bro iPhone 6s & Later are still an option for a few ratio of people. Yes I agree with you. The Least buy should be the iPhone Xs. I target these Phones coz they easily fall in almost everyone’s budget!
“Dumb phone”? They basically support all modern apps and will continue to do so for years. Even 5S supports a lot of apps.
4S and earlier fall into that category. Not these.

@@islem77787 Maybe not UA-cam but a few of my University classmates have had iPhone 6 and 6S both and they do work as expected.
But at least the 6S will for a long time as it’s running iOS 15.
