Sorry, but I'd have to disagree with you. He was a kinda horrible person whose own family didn't mourn his death. His life was going downhill, and didn't seem like it would get better soon, if at all. Evan creating a new personality for him and making his family care for him once again was a pretty good ending for him, even if Evan's motives weren't the best.
It's not up to Evan to create this new personality for Connor for whatever sick reason. It shows a lot about you when you say it's too late for somebody. It's never too late for somebody, especially a teenager. He doesn't get the right to tell Connor's story no matter the outcome. Not everything in life is a fairy tale ending. Stories like connor real story shows that their are people who commit suicide because they feel like nobody is their for the or understands them and that's why they act so nasty.

And his bad actions were symptoms from struggling with hidden anger depression or even a personality disorder. These things can be treated and it can get better. Her version of Michael In The Bathroom got me into Be More Chill, her cover of Sincerely, Me got me into Dear Evan Hansen, and her and Ricky's cover of Say No To This and Guns And Ships got me into Hamilton, and her cover of Dead Girl Walking got me into Heathers.
These musicals have become a really big and really important part of my life and helped me with a lot and I really have to thank you for that, Anna. So, if by some miracle you happen to see this, thank you!
