I've got one of these - one of the most fun blasters I own and still packs a whallop if you use the original spring. I've found using slightly cut down ACC3 darts you can fit two into one shell. You lose some range/power, but it's still doable while keeping satisfactory performance.
@@MakeTestBattle I Just bought a colonel wast one, but if someone made a reasonably priced resin spring thunder kit, I would buy it in a heartbeat, and paint it in my colors
Its like a slug which is my fav shotgun round. I know that when you think of shotgun you think of buck but, for 140 dollars less im fine :) Maybe Try to use half cut darts in the shell.
You might be able to rig up a shell-catcher bag on this, and then you'll not have to worry about losing shells. I know they're popular for shell-ejecting shotguns over in airsoft, and it seems like a no-brainer on this.
I know this will be different for you guys, but could you guys upload a basic brass breech guide? Almost all of the crew´s loadouts include breeching, and after searching the channel I could find any guides you guys have made.

Well, there are some factors to be put into consideration. The Spring Thunder can cost upwards of 200 USD, while the Firefly is only 57-65 USD (Not including shipping, to be fair. With shipping it's around 90 USD). Most of the wars I've seen (and this is subjective) had people using Spring Thunders configured in a 'Sniper' style way, where it only shoots one dart at a time. For the Firefly, it accomplishes this role in a much smaller form factor, and a greater capacity (especially the 7 round version that Monkeemods sells). Not to mention the Spring Thunder's printed parts, size, versatility, ect. I think it's a tie. The Firefly fills a hole in the hobby, and if you're a good marksman, you'll dig the long range slug-shooter of the blaster.
All non-fiction videos depict the past. Even live streams are a few seconds/minutes in the past. This was filmed on the 7th of March, 2020. Before quarantine.
Not loving this blaster honestly. I mean it hits FPS like a longshot, but it uses shells, so you might as well use something more practical like a longshot or caliburn for a sniper role. If it actually fired multiple rounds like an actual shotgun, then I would love it.

I use Croc Grip from Bunnings on my pumps. Works perfectly.

It's like a Winchester M97 because of the way the elevator pokes out the bottom when cycling the action.

Not really because of how it works, but you could make shorter darts to put in the shells.
Zero Blade yes but you then have to load one by one in the chamber

It only shoots half-lengths...and even that's only one dart per shell.

It's not a shotgun.
If you put slug shells in a shotgun, it's still a shot gun.
