Not sure if someone already mentioned this, but for the last question you can use special right triangles as a faster alternative to the Pythagorean Theorem. Since both AC and BC must be equal by definition of a circle (both sides are the radius; therefore, they are equal), it means we are dealing with a 45-45-90 triangle. Once we figure out that one side = sqrt 103, we can just multiply by sqrt 2, which gives us sqrt 206.
That’s what I did , haha
June 1 gang?

here
These questions are actually so easy once you explain them, they just sound complicated and difficult. Thank you for going over these and helping us to understand these questions. When I see these types of questions I feel so stupid (and tbf maybe I am bc I can't understand what the question wants by myself) but when you go over them it makes me feel a tad bit better
We need videos for the June sat as more as possible, please really your videos are really helpful and important so please john help us to reach the desired high score by posting more and more. thankyou and highly appreciated
Really solid video, keep up the good work!
For the last problem, notice that, relative positions of points A,B,C do not change if origin of the coordinate system is changed. So, we can shift the origin of the coordinate system to (0, 0). So, C=(0, 0) is the center and A=(1, sqrt(102) ). Since OA =radius = r, we have AB = hypotenuse, which can be easily found using Pythagoras.
for the third question, point A is actually being shifted to the left one instead of to the right, but it doesn't change the answer since it's being squared and you will end up with the same positive value anyways.
01:50 Explaining how to find the y-intercept of a linear function on the SAT Math test
03:40 To find the y-intercept of a linear function, you need to come up with the line equation using two coordinates from the line.
05:30 Finding y-intercept by plugging in coordinates
07:20 Rectangle inscribed in a circle with diagonal twice the shortest side and area of 1089 root 3
09:10 Radical 3 in geometry questions often involve special right triangles
11:00 Visualizing the given geometry problem for finding the length of AB in the XY plane.
12:50 Using the Pythagorean theorem to find the missing side of a right triangle
14:36 Key takeaways for solving SAT math questions efficiently.
I hope this helps you

I’m so scared for Saturday, but on my last practice test I scored higher than I ever have on the math section!
Same though
Good luck guys
Mine on this Saturday too, good luck out there!! ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ
good luck! I'm going to have an exam on Saturday, too
good luck!! mine is tomorrow too
Love you man we appreciate you 🫡❤️thank you very much
Thanks for the video.
Thank you for this
I got all these on a single practice test and thought I had amnesia or something, good to know that these are the hard questions
Haha yeah same only got like 1 right
@@jokelo2231what practice test is this? 5 or 6 on Bluebook?

bro finally stepped up his game
First equation was on the 2nd HARD SECTION on the June DSAT
Can you help me please I’m going to take mine on June the 1 but I don’t know how to practice
dont use algebra for first question use desmos saves you time
use the table function to recreate the table they gave you, and write down the questions in desmos but you replace g(x) with y1, the = sign with ~, and all the x's with x1. replace f(x) with the slope intercept formula y=mx+b. desmos will solve and give you m and b and it will only take you like 30 seconds. since it is a linear equation your y-int is the b value which desmos gave you
bro can u help i didn’t understand plz
How to use the table function on Desmond i didn’t understand

can u please explain moree and reply by today ( I've the exam TMRW)
🤩 superb sir I found these questions on mentomind free practice test
good luck yall😭😭
Hello guys! I was wondering where I can find the previous digital SATs, and I would really appreciate any help!
Good luck guys, kachow
Hey Can you do videos on Problem solving and data analysis🙏🙏
Funny thing is; I got all 3 correct on the practice SAT exams but still got 3 other wrong on the math section
Last minute studying✨
3rd question distance formula helps
🔥🔥
This was really easy , I did all three in just 9 mins and I’m just a regular school student who’s not even preparing for SAT
I did it by writing the equation and differentiating it took me around half a minute even though I did an unnecessary step of finding the radius which is constant whose differential will be zero. Huh that's it
In 3:13 how did you know g(x) represents the x-coordinate? Why wouldn't x represent the x-coordinate?
So to confirm are the discord chats on Saturday morning to 10 still going on?My son has logged in twice last saturday and today and there was no one there again ten a m eastern standard time correct?
We need more vids
hoping the august sat is easy 🙏
THE LAST ONE I GOT CORRECT
Got mines on Saturday
good luck to you!
how did it go?
For the third one how do you know the 2 sides of the triangle equal eachother
because its a circle? the distances from the centre is called the radius, A and B are points on that circle, so A is a radii length from the centre but so is B, therefore its the same length
Are these questions from which book?
PDF?
In question 2, why is the diagonal of a rectangle touching the edges of a circle considered the diameter or that circle?
Because the diagonal goes through the circle center
@@Externex it does, look up the inscribed angles theorem
@@chakhovbilly thx

Are you giving private sessions ?
Here the day of exam btw
dad im nervous
how does the second question work when it's a 45-45-90 triangle and not 30-60-90?
sorry the i meant the question at 7:30
for 2 just say x sqrt 3 * x = 1089 sqrt 3 in desmos and desmos gives the exact value for x
i couldnt do this on desmos, can you please explain more?
omg, i did it now. thank you!
@@2.mahmudd can u pls explain I don't get i like can u write down how u did it
@@maryuh711 yeah you should just write x√3•3 = 1089√3 , then desmos gives x's value
@@2.mahmudd thank uuu sm
easy 3/3 right🙂
I don’t even know what a sat is
Is it the same as a sac?
No SAT is a standardized exam.
The morning
In the first question
Why can't we do
g(0)=f(0)/(0+3)
g(0) is not known.
Yeah g(x) is not a linear function. I realised that later.@@PrakashPrakash-vm4mv
That first question you did is the only question I got wrong on all of bluebook test 6... i don't know why but i way overcomplicated it
then you're a fraud, its jus simultaneous equations 🤣
@@chaska8144 i have reason to believe you are a fraud
@@chaska8144 i'll report myself to the SEC first thing tomorrow morning
@@imadeanaccountjusttodothis7785 bun that, jus off yourself atp 😂😂, cant do a simultaneous eq problem at ur big age, save some oxygen
i got the sat in 1 hour 😔
im so bad at math im screwed lol
Why is your accelerator course one month fee greater than my one year a level school fee? 💀😭😭
Bc you’re probably from a poor country 🎉
did u get arrested
Why can I do all of these in my head??
Btw for the third problem it is obvious that CB and CA must have the same length since it is a right triangle so just square both then add them then square root it again.
this dude just admitted to selling crack lmao
Yo is the June one going to be harder than the march one 😭😭
im the collegeboard and i say yes
I got a 1600
I want you all to praise me
Congrats
good job little man
bro thesee questions are easy ,there are many hard questions choose from those
soo easy ques man ,13yr old can do them in india
how the fuck could you call these hard...aren't thesse basic stuff??
