    This is one of things that I enjoy so much about your channel. You could've been offended or acted defensively but instead you listened to what the person said, explained where you're coming from, and all without being dismissive.
    Keep doing what you're doing and great video.

    Don't sweat the comment hating on reactions bro. What you do before and after the videos with a trick and breaking down the performance is more then most reactors and offers value to people who like magic and want to hear a breakdown of acts without giving it away fully. Keep up the great work.

    I'm curious if you still think you know how it's done after watching his Penn & Teller performance. There, he blindfolded himself first, then let someone inspect the deck and choose a card, all out of his hands, and never returning to his hands. That made it even more amazing to me than this version.

    • @EduardTodor
      @EduardTodor  7 років тому

      Yes I believe in his FOOL us performance, he used some misdirection which made Penn and teller overlook a pretty classical method. Either way I could replicate this exact effect

  • @KennyVee
    @KennyVee 7 років тому

    I truly enjoyed Special Head's performances. But while I agree that your intros are good, I also definitely enjoy your reactions. I'm what you would probably call a "low-level magician" (for example, I've never done the trick in the intro to this video -- I don't think I've ever even owned anything with that particular message on it). I bought a LOT of tricks when I was younger, and learned how they work, but performing was never my strong suit. I learned just enough that I can figure out a lot of things, but definitely not everything.
    All that said, keep doing what you do, Eduard. You may not get to a billion subscribers doing this, but I absolutely enjoy watching these videos.
    And Special Head, if you see this comment, much respect to you. You blew me away on AGT and you're 100% entitled to your opinion on Eduard's channel, and it's not my place to tell you that you're wrong. Different strokes for different folks, as the old saying goes. But while I won't say that you're wrong to feel the way you do, I've got Eduard's back on this one. He's not giving away the methods behind the tricks or otherwise spoiling them. He's reacting to illusions from his own perspective, which differs from my own in many cases, and I enjoy his input. I look at his videos as if I were sitting down with a friend and just shooting the breeze with him about different magicians (I know UA-cam is usually a one-way conversation, but as much as Eduard responds, I don't think that my view is too far off).
    I hope you are well, Special Head. As I hope you are, Eduard. I'm filing this under "reasonable people can still disagree with each other, and still be reasonable people" (not the case in every disagreement, but certainly the case in this one).
    As for Vinny's performance, he certainly gave "nothing up my sleeve" a new context. I think he went much more for the shock factor than anything amazing with the cards (don't get me wrong; the trick was very well done -- I'm with you on thinking I know how it was done, but the distraction of the nudity made it VERY unlikely that Howie would have noticed anything). It was a great performance of the trick, but...Vinny wanted that extra "memorable moment" (and distraction) that came with him having both Howie and Tyra confirm that he was going Full Monty behind the screen.

    • @EduardTodor
      @EduardTodor  7 років тому

      Haha that trick is my comedy twist on a "think of a card colour change". I don't expect anyone else uses the "send nudes" reveal hahaha. Of course, I appreciate Special Head's feedback, just wanted to give my insight to reaction videos and my vision for this channel. Yeah agreed. Awesome performance.

      First I thought he used a bank, but he has shown the deck and gave it to be checked out, but then again, he could have made a deck switch and use a bank regardless, stashing the checked deck in the clothes he removes, because who would touch them.

      Nutso12 It could be that he had the cards in the exact order he wanted! The cards were not mixed! He fanned the cards according to his wishes and had to memorize only about 6-10 cards. Beginning and end of this series of cards was given by him, the order also.

    +Eduard Todor, I have a complaint about your channel. There does not seem to be enough videos of Competitive Cat Juggling. And prawns. Your channel needs more prawns.
    Please keep doing what you're doing, the way you're doing it, on your own schedule! People are free to create their own channel if they like. My channel is on Flat Earth experiments, that's my "thing" (it's a globe, as you know, but some folks need to prove it to themselves).
    But I do enjoy your content, and especially the card manipulation at the start. You've done some things which I replayed and replayed and slowed down to 0.25x and replayed... and I think I've figured out a few things! Then I try it with my own cards and it turns out to be the Most Difficult Thing Evarrrr. :-) You're inspiring me to want to learn the moves and practice the skills. You make it look effortless. Keep up the good work! :-)
