So basically when stretching the hip flexors there should be no hyper arch in the low back?
That would be a big take away yes!
@@shiftmovement when doing a regular split I always learned that in the end you had to move hips backwards so your bone wouldn't prevent you from going deeper into the split. Is this wrong ?
