Hampi as a location to visit is *awesome* Shakti south of the river with all the temples, the shrines and mantapas, the ashram and the Matanga hill lookout point. Shanti to the north with all the hippie rockclimbers strolling the area with their strap-on matresses or sitting in the many, many restaurants, chilling and drinking chai. An absolute must-visit for the packpacker having been stressed out by trainschedules and densly packed waiting halls for hours on end across the state. Shopping-wise - meh. There is not a single item available here that you can not obtain at a cheaper price - much cheaper price - elsewhere in india. From incense sticks and scarfs, over clothing and bags to bronze idols and artwork, all of it goes at 25-50 percent less asking price *outside* Hampi area. Don't do your shopping here. Save a little money by adding an additional experience to your itinerary and go elsewhere for the shopping experience.

Humpi it's amazing palace in india ...2days back I was go there but if u travelling all places of humpi it's take 2 or 3 days .... Awesome video
