Love the content buddy, but I’m thinking u should give the phantom another try for a bit, and find ur stroke again. U putted so great with the Scotty anyway.
As a +2 handicap who shot an 82 in an Am qualifier the other day, thank you for posting this. Helped me think about how you handled it and also takeaway that, just that it happens to really good golfers like yourself. Keep it up man!
I like your attitude Ben, even if its not working your way in this tourney, you manage to stay positive and make a comeback for the next one!! I hope my son watch this video so he can learn from you! You are a real role model and someone to look up too. Love it man!!
Love the tournament videos. I honestly don’t really waste much time watching other UA-cam golf videos besides yours and a few select others. Also, lob shots were exquisite! Once ball striking gets back to how it was previously and we get a shallower angle of attack hitting the butter cuts…..look out world!
Ben,loads of respect brother as you persevere to get back on tour. With your internal drive and your passion for competition I hope you are able to make your plan come to fruition. Always remember it’s darkest before the dawn.
Enjoying watching your journey. Please humour me and have a fun session on the range trying to do impressions of Moe Norman. There is a small chance the ball further away, weak grip, high hands setup like Bryson might totally fix your plane/club-dace control issues. It did for me. Just 10 minutes and you will know.
I think if you give yourself bigger margin for miss off the tee after those first few miss with driver it can help in the future. Your mental toughness is top notch but that driver wasn’t giving you any breaks. Great play as always! Keep going!
That driver sure does get you in trouble a lot. Maybe consider a new one “change something up” or use the 3 wood more. We want to see you succeed and that driver sets you up for failure too many times!
I used to play a fade and switch to a draw because I’d come in too steep and sometimes the ball would shoot off the club face and go a ridiculous distance, like my 7 iron would go 220+ when it should only go 175. The other reason I switched to an in-to-out path was because out-to-in was producing some shanks and golf wasn’t fun. Went from a 7 to scratch in a year going from a fade to a draw. Moral of the story play the shot that fits naturally with your swing!
Strange that the tee time was so late.... At 2:40pm etc. in Australia we start first tee times at 6am so we can get thru all groups before afternoon thunderstorms in summer.
One of my favorite channels. If you can just get that driver under control. You grunt after every shot. Maybe dial it down a bit. Really pulling for you. You can do it.
Benny my man, I’m curious-where’s that beautiful, smooth swing of yours for controlling the ball? I know it’s tucked away in a vault somewhere. It’s time to bring it out and start posting some impressive scores! I’m here to support you until you make it to the main tour. Let’s see that talent shine!
One of the best quotes I’ve heard that changed how I approached tee shots. “You can’t make birdie from the tee box, but you damn sure can make a bogey”
Just not your day bro! Keep working. What you give is what you get! Love watching your videos since i first seen you playing with good good. Your so close 🤙🤙🤙
the arboristgolfer liked your shortgame i wish you could have made a few more putts im not sure whats amiss with your driver it may be in your grip pressure i dont know try some relaxation drills at address on the tee ex. breathing slow in nose out mouth, relaxed jaw, softer hands, grip pressure etc... try wearing a copper bracelet on your weaker hand ---- this helps --- trust me, try it!!!
Question: how did you get the UA-cam algorithm to pop your video up on my feed as soon as I clicked on Good Good's newest video that I honestly didn't really want to watch? Cause that was awesome! Good luck brotha! Bout to check this one out
Keep pressing! Also it's not a tee box. It is just the tee! A tee box is what used to sit next to the tee with sand in it. Even the USGA says it's misused. Not the tee box, just the tee.
@benhaddengolf yeah it's just more of a recent thing. Never called it a tee box back in the day. "Tee box" even made the USGA"s list of top 10 misused terms in golf.
Hey Ben have you tried breathing techniques? Sounds like u are holding your breath throughout the entirety of the swing ( I do the same thing, you’re just much better and it seems like maybe it could give you a bit of an edge?)
You getting your swing on a more "fade bias" pattern is the move. People in the comments just criticizing because you didnt play to your potential... well duh!? You have to apply what youre trying to work on eventually and better now than during Q School and being that uncomfortable. Stay on your path
Ben, i think you play from red tees when you are not engaged in a tournament. Why red tees? From the reds you can get a lot of birdies, I think you mess up the hole after a birdie quite a lot which hurts your score card, being more used to the hole after birdie feelings might normalize some things and make you play better mentally. Good luck Ben.
dude needs to work on his driver for real and his iron play has fallen off too but could be from bad tee balls straight sprayed it all over and grinded out a respectable not embarrassing round that easily coulda got away into mid 80’s.. short game is tour level and saved a number here.. round 1 that is, didn’t watch rd 2
Would love to see you make it. You seem like a good kid! Do yourself a favor and stop moving the ball so much. 80% of your shots need to be the same type of shot. You're trying to bend it too much and you're inconsistent. Hit that fade and eliminate the left side of the golf course.
This may sound weird but I had a sport psychologist for baseball watch me bat. I was poor but it was teammates dad. I exhaled super late and I’ve noticed you do that. Breathing can be like gripping the club to tight if that makes sense. You are carrying tension. I don’t know golf enough to tell you the exercises of breathing but it’s something to at least contemplate. Not that I think you need any help you are sick and why I watch.
Thank you guys for the support!! Subscribe if you haven’t already 🙌🙌
You got this!! Keep up the hard work!!
We out here.
Where is the decade link?
@@MrBrokentowels decade link is in the description

might be the best golf vid ive ever watched

Omg they’re back, enough to make a grown man cry 😢
Ben,loads of respect brother as you persevere to get back on tour. With your internal drive and your passion for competition I hope you are able to make your plan come to fruition. Always remember it’s darkest before the dawn.
Tough to watch you struggle this much but I'm confident you'll figure it out and bounce back! Keep your head up.
knew that takeaway looked funny (almost vertical)
been waiting all week for this... didn't disappoint!
Great attitude out there man. Golf is golfie.
Been waiting for this one
Let’s go Ben. Keep the videos coming
Love watching you play, keep up the good work! 😊
Keep er lit Ben, you are in the right area.
I'm a 4 handicap that shot 90 on PGA tour course a couple weeks ago. Pro golf is really hard
New to the channel, just wanna say good luck on your golf journey and I will definitely stay tuned
Welcome aboard!
Great video!!! Always look forward to your videos!!!! Keep it up brother
ben i love these videos please keep it up bro you’re the best
Your short game is crazy!

Let's freaking go 🏌️
Would love to see a video on the D plane stuff. I think the way you're saying it makes sense but seeing it visually would be amazing.
Keep grinding!!
Well done sir!! felt for ya on 12/13. keep up the work, you're a few strokes away from makin them dreams come true!!
You are a very good chipper around the greens. Keep on grinding Ben.
Love the vids as always. always so impressed with how dialed your lag putting is.
You’re swing is looking great right now
question. why not just commit to drawing your driver? seems like insisting on trying to fade is just leading to increased inconsistency off the tee
Good video Ben can’t wait to see more of these type of vids
Same comment from me: you are one of the best scrambler in youtube golf ... :) ... and that's because of your long game LOL
2 rounds in 30 minutes.. That is what I am talking about.. Love the tournament vids
That driver sure does get you in trouble a lot. Maybe consider a new one “change something up” or use the 3 wood more. We want to see you succeed and that driver sets you up for failure too many times!
Enjoyable! Nice music 😊
Tough couple days Ben, you'll bounce back ❤
Keep playing Ben.
Rough round to watch when you can play so well. Keep it rolling
Hey Ben great video. I know you striving to get the cut going consistently but I'd love to see the results of a round you commit to your natural draw
I used to play a fade and switch to a draw because I’d come in too steep and sometimes the ball would shoot off the club face and go a ridiculous distance, like my 7 iron would go 220+ when it should only go 175. Let's go Ben! Watching this while on a dog walk with the pupper
Man oh man he hits it all over off the tee
I hate that after watching these videos I realized I do the same delayed exhale thing and I can't unhear/feel it
Love all the tournament videos man
One thing you didn’t mention is how beastly that golf course is. Such a difficult course.
Once Ben figures out his getting off the tee problem he’s gonna be amazing
All that distance and power
Ben’s got aura
Strange that the tee time was so late.... At 2:40pm etc. in Australia we start first tee times at 6am so we can get thru all groups before afternoon thunderstorms in summer.
One of those days where you sit there and laugh it off lol. Tough day
that 7 iron over the green :o
One of my favorite channels. If you can just get that driver under control. You grunt after every shot. Maybe dial it down a bit. Really pulling for you. You can do it.
Off the tee is really brutal

the putting just continues to impress me
I love the short format videos you guys make for the tournaments. It's easy to watch. Mic on the second 18 is bad tho
Bogeys train is part of golf 🤣
“I got uh TEXT” 😂
Tee shots these two days sponsored by Army & Navy - ‘right, left, and wet!’ :)
Keep at it Ben, better results ahead.
Army golf I’ve heard of, never heard of navy golf haha
I wish I had half the face control you have on your driver, even your misses make me so jealous.
Ben, curious what shot tracker and/or portable launch monitor you’d recommend? I’m torn between the several $350-400 price options. Thanks!
Just not your day bro! Keep working. What you give is what you get!
Love watching your videos since i first seen you playing with good good. Your so close 🤙🤙🤙
I appreciate that
You take the putter so far back on the backswing it’s crazy
How do you not have over twice this many subscribers currently? This is crazy to me, but keep up the work bro
6:00 wow nice shot, nvm there’s ducks
You will figure out those Florida greens; and, the putts will drop. If you could just hit the fairways off the tee.
Nice recovery from the muck.
Thanks 👍
6 was a par 5 when i played there no too long ago did they change it for the tournament??? shot 93 out there tough course forsure!!!
The weather killed you guys in your rounds but I Believe Ben is gonna make Major improvements he is such a interesting golfer to me
the arboristgolfer liked your shortgame i wish you could have made a few more putts im not sure whats amiss with your driver it may be in your grip pressure i dont know try some relaxation drills at address on the tee ex. breathing slow in nose out mouth, relaxed jaw, softer hands, grip pressure etc... try wearing a copper bracelet on your weaker hand ---- this helps --- trust me, try it!!!
Your putting is elite tho
What weight you rocking in the DF3?!
Love the videos! Gotta fix that audio though. 🙂
I can't get over how fast the water drained on this course. Any course I play in STL would be soaked for atleast a few days

@@Dustwheel very interesting tidbit, but the shape of the teeing area is represents a box, so I will not change my verbiage 😂

@ language is constantly evolving
Hey Ben have you tried breathing techniques? Sounds like u are holding your breath throughout the entirety of the swing ( I do the same thing, you’re just much better and it seems like maybe it could give you a bit of an edge?)
Ben squares are bad circles are good. More circles and less squares from now on.😁
My favorite golfer Ben. Just wish you weren't a Chiefs fan man :(
answer honestly, after the honeymoon period is a LAB putter really making a difference? Im pondering trying one but Im thinking its just hype
hey ben it looks like you hinge your driver quite early compared to some, is there a benefit to that, or a reason you do it?
You need a fairway finder my guy
Good effort. Please stop fighting the fade and play your draw. It’s such a natural shot for you!!! Keep up the hard work!!
Chiefs already have 4 Super Bowls
Hogan once said golf is a game of bad shots. It's not how many good shots you hit but how good your bad shots are!
You getting your swing on a more "fade bias" pattern is the move. People in the comments just criticizing because you didnt play to your potential... well duh!? You have to apply what youre trying to work on eventually and better now than during Q School and being that uncomfortable.
Stay on your path
7:42 the foot barely slipping
Bros lag putting is crazyy
Extra pair of socks and shoes would work.

Thought I was watching Micah morris
Why you dont post the leaderboard. Côme on
The sound sadly was a bit disturbing. I really like to watch your vids, this really was the only flaw

Oh by the way . . . no pressure, always press.
is there anyway for your editor to edit out the grunts and exhales after every swing? once i start to focus on it, im done
Would love to see you make it. You seem like a good kid! Do yourself a favor and stop moving the ball so much. 80% of your shots need to be the same type of shot. You're trying to bend it too much and you're inconsistent. Hit that fade and eliminate the left side of the golf course.
Love the content but need to fix the mic situation out lad.
At what point do you give up and the cut and become a drawer? Dont stand in your own way!
