- In this video we start out at camp in the Kaibab National Forest in Arizona. We enjoy a nice Sunday morning by the campfire before heading out to hike around Dogtown Lake. Then we depart camp to head west to the Hualapai Mountains. I find a nice camp at the base of the mountains. We ride into to mountains to check out a remote campground in the heart of the Hualapai Mountains. Then back at camp we cook up dinner in my camper van.

*My name is Brian. I started living full time in a self built camper van in 2014 in my hometown of San Diego, CA. I hit the road full-time in 2015 to pursue seasonal work and travel around the U.S. I find free camping on public land and enjoy photography, hiking, biking, and kayaking in nature. I love Wild cow springs with all the rocks and stream and trees. Reminds me a lot of my go to state park ❤️🏞️.I wish you two the very best, you inspired me to go camping at age 65 in a tent too😂.I had a blast with my son and daughter-in-law. Till a bigfoot showed up smacking trees at 3am.Im not joking either. I was terrified. But it only happened one nite. You two keep on going so we can keep going with you😅.

I am 100% jealous. I had massive heart attack a year ago and back at desk in 2 weeks and working my life away.of course family kids, parents the whole 9 yards who look to me home at desk.
You could totally make a complete separate food channel Brian! (Complement) That breakfast looked perfect and then to end it with the taco spaghetti which also looked amazing! Was surprised that wasn’t too much water, I thought “oh no!!!” But turned out looking yummy! Enjoyed watching this one ✌🏼

I took the train, slow, but nice. We stayed overnight at the canyon which was nice, included a bus on the rim. A goof ball was taking selfies with a horse head mask which makes for a weird vibe.

Yummy recipe! I have a similar recipe but it's based on regular spaghetti. It's yummy though. Anyway, normally you layer spaghetti in a pan after you've cooked the sauce and pasta but you can mix it together like regular spaghetti. The difference is on the bottom of the pan is a layer of cream cheese and on top is mozzarella cheese. You normally bake for about 10 min to melt the cheese on top and it's done. It tastes a lot like lasagna because of the cream cheese but it's called Texas spaghetti. Happy trails!

Believe this is the campground we stayed at in 1970 on a trip from Long beach back to VA. Two preschool daughters, my wife and I in a standard cab Dodge pickup. Tight quarters.
