Thanks for posting. I’m not very handy. How did you open up the top and bottom consoles to access the ribbons and circuit boards?

He said he used a hair dryer. I used a heat gun on low, about 8-10” away, to loosen the adhesive. Slipped a knife blade underneath, then pulled up a bit more with a pair of hemostats. Then just gently heat and pull until it comes off.
