Wish my experience was like this - Got out on the bike and the left mirror was loose and flapping about, clutch was really spongy and the rear tyre needed air! Found it hard to knock it up into gear as the foot peg was damaged and they had to lube the chain when they finally listened to me. Nightmare and the reviews were good too.
