Top one has visible hinges the bottom doesn't so it might be a removable hatch rather than a door. I suspect it might be usable for storage for rarely used items, but has a more important role as access to technical space/ plumbing. To be clear i don't know, but that's my guess.

Right now we have one open start available in November and it takes about 6 months to build.
