I am i strong PRO capitalist. But i do think that there should be laws prohibiting like…corporations bribing doctors to lie or the selling off cigarettes and tobacco or other moraly bad stuff.
This video does an excellent job of explaining every type of capitalism in just 8 minutes! Perfect for anyone looking for a quick, clear overview of complex economic systems without spending too much time. Smart and concise approach! 👍
I would lean on Social Capitalism, Eco-Capitalism, Advanced Capitalism, Welfare Capitalism, Tech Capitalism, Sustainable Capitalism, and mostly to my favorite type of capitalism, Progressive Capitalism.
It seems in the global politics / economy today , we have new paradigms/ hybrids emerging such as of a global("multinational" more concisely) market - state techno capitalism, seen with most EU parties, Canada, Australia, US (democratic Party) which can surpass national elections and make decisions for populations irrelevant of a single nation (economic and political, thus multinational). The wef has clearly stated (see for example the article in forbes magazine "the world in 2030" ) that they d prefer to move from this state to a techno-socialism where you don't have any private property (but somehow) you are happy. This implies a global state or at least Union of states where capitalism is irrelevant anymore. An irony, since this was the goal of the communists initialy. Another trend can be seen with countries like Russia, China, Iran and others that formed the Bric alliance for a more traditional social capitalism brand. We also can see the Trump /Musk alliance which points to a non imperialist nationalism /state capitalism /but also due to Musks ideas about transhumanism, it would be interesting where this notion gets into the mix. Let's not forget the already established tech-oligarchy by huge corporations such as Amazon, Facebook (meta) etc that act like they are independent of state rules, also eliminating competition by buying or eliminating emerging competitors. This has also been described as techno feudalism by professor of Lse, YVaroufakis.
@@BrofessorStein Which form of capitalism though? I suggest for you if you may, to make a video on the micro-economies and governance of ancient Greek states (or other similar examples of governance). imo the more decentralized the better. You can also check their modern reinterpretation by the Greek French politic philosopher, Cornelius Castoriades. Even if each city state had an elected governance ( direct democracy, not just a mere 50% majority), when a common enemy threatened them-not sharing their system and wanted to colonize them- such as the ancient Persian Empire , they would fight together, as they shared common culture/values. (flaws were there, such as slavery but now these can be fixed). In general when people know their neighbors, co-citizens , its much easier to have empathy for them and cooperate or work towards a common goal. It's much harder to relate to abstract ideals like 'humanity', 'religion' 'nation' etc
Free market capitalism aka neoliberalism leads progressively to the fact that crucial/vital goods of a society are privatised. This includes electricity, water and in its more extreme branches to private only education and health. This if it is not accompanied with government at least helping the poor or the disabled people, leads to a two tier society and except of being total inhumane for the unable people can lead to social upheaval, rebellions etc. In my country for example all electricity companies are now private, the water too, and progressively we see less healthcare and more private schools /universities. The real situation here though (which is not logically inconsequential with an initial market capitalism) is oligarchic capitalism, where corrupt government officials cooperate with certain private companies setting their own (very high) prices for the corrupt government and the companies to gain, while limiting free speech and censoring independent journalism for maintaining their power. This progressively two tier society if its taken to another extreme may lead to an hybrid authoritarian system which combines elements of oligarchic capitalism, tyrranism (dictatorship) and tech-surveillance. In general the more Weak the position of the state to the market players, the more difficult to maintain balance. This happens also in the contrary where the state controls and suppresses everything such as in cases of stalinism.

Glad you liked the video!
awesome video. i want none of these systems
Glad you liked it!
Communist.

What would you prefer then exactly?
Laissez-Faire is not solely about protecting property rights, but also from coercion.
You forgot mutualism; A market economy based on cooperatively-owned enterprises.
Wouldn't mutualism be considered as a socialist economic system?
Ain't that a variarion of Market Socialism?
technically socialism because the means of production are democratized
mutualism is a type of socialism, it just has markets
TBH mutualism blurs the lines between capitalist and socialist economics.
Nice video today i discovered that every type of capitalism is the same ideology
Glad you like it

Wait how is eco capitalism different from sustainable capitalism then?
Nice vid
I'll take Progressive capitalism TY

True, all very concerning. But we can't let that happen. Private property and capitalism are here to stay.

Facism is caused by the collapse of capitalism
It's not.

I love capitalism especially financial capitalism, free market capitalism, oligarchy and absolute capitalism
Free Market and Sustainable sounds like one of the most reasonable ideas mankind has ever came up.
True free market never existed on a large scale. Humans are just too prone for corruption in larger groups.

My ideal type of capitalism is a mix of free market, anarcho, community, and industrial.
