I had a customer complain that their order was taking too long, and when I told him that I was working alone at the time (coworker was on break), he said "no, you're just f***ing lazy" - mind you, he was waiting for a maximum of 8-10 minutes
@@MrCaw0909 I feel for you, the amount of crap I had to put up with customers was unbelieveable. I had one guy scream in my face because his teacake arrived seconds later than his coffee, he was so far in my personal space I had to step back. All that abuse for £7.75 an hour.

Its terrible working with customers. I feel ya! I got screamed at by an old man because I couldn't watch his unpaid things he set down at the back counter during those busy Christmas shopping days. I told him he can leave them there but I wasn't able to keep an eye on it at all times. Then he pretty much screamed at me til I cried with a long line of people I had to check out at my register.

My family ate here last year as soon as we walked in the woman behind the till was very hostile from the word go, the food is absolutely vile, my brother had the breakfast they do and yes the toast cost £4.00, the woman behind till makes up the prices as she goes...
and no it’s not hipster artisanal bread to say the least 😂🤣😂 all I had was a cookie which was gross, but the bill was an extortionate amount of money for what looks like a typical London cafe in fact i don’t know what it’s meant to be is it a cafe or a restaurant 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

I remember going to a restaurant with my mom in London before going to see Adele's concert and the service was horrible as well. They brought us our food but it was already cold so that means our food was ready for a while but never brought it to us. In the end we left without eating anything and, of course, without paying something that the waiters understand lol.
