I just made these and they came out super good! Thank you for the recipe 🙂 I did mine in a large electric kitchen oven at 350 degrees farenheight, everything else the same as in the video.
I tried your recipe and it is awesome. It really gave me confidence when I saw you use a counter oven which was what I wanted to use. Thank for helping me find how to spice up a new appitizer for guests and family.

Is it caster sugar or normal sugar?

Yes, it should keep it in a tight sealed jar (glass jar for freshness)

I love these! The only thing i would say differently is that you don't want raw, uncooked peanuts in there, you should parbake them. I also addd a little curry powder and cinnamon to mine!
