It definitely was, so many landfalls it was crazy! By definition it didnt reach hyperactivity in terms of ACE but im sure for all the countries impacts it surely felt like it was hyperactive!

@@HurricaneBeryl back then, I downloaded every satellite image the Naval website here: www.nrlmry.navy.mil/tc_pages/tc_home.html Then, I just put them in my video editor and added music and information. Now, I download the full disk images from the GOES16 and 17 every 10 minutes. I then have scripts set up to make a video that follows the storm based off the 6 hour positions, smooth it out between those fixes, and it spits out a video.

Hurricane can indeed develop an eye over ground Its called "Brown Ocean Effect" it happened to cyclone kelvin (2018) etc.
