Moving My Colonies Into The New Aus Ants Ytong Nests

In this video i moved 2 of my colonys into a founding and a small aus ants nest i also attached a aus ants small out world to the small and a tiny out world to the founding.

How does the sponge with water works? (In the ant nest)

It helps spread water around the whole nest and also keeps the nest hydrated for longer

Do the nests still have the laminated wood on the bottom? The only issue I've found with the last generation of AA ytong nests was that layer would sometimes swell and distort if I used hot water to clean them between uses.
