A hidden whisky compartment is definitely on the books. I like Highland and Islay single malts best, however, I do enjoy bourbon as well. You need to get some Bulleit in there as well... When I was in the States last, I picked myself up some Bulleit Rye.
Love the attention to detail and the overall look of the product! I cant wait to make my own. Only thing that I can suggest is some cable management or cover as the boxes/tools look incredibly meticulous but the wires are an eyesore and take away from the overall majestic look of the project.
This is awesome my only comment would be that I would have added in two glasses into the hidden compartment. That way when you fold down the front 'screen' with the chargers you could pull the glasses out and stand them on the table this creates whilst you pour the Whisky or Scotch.
@@ShadowFoam Plus you could put a thin layer of shadow foam on the back of the fold down cover with two circles cut out the size of the glasses so that they sit there locked into the shadow foam while you pour.
On the trick with the paper, you can also do similar with masking tape, which has the benefit of being able to stick the surface you are copying from, and the one you will drill into.
I seriously need you guys to make me a power tool wall for my garage/mancave. Have just about every Makita LXT tool they make and they need to be on a wall displayed next to the cars
How hot do those chargers get? Embedded in the foam like that the vents in the bottom of the case are covered and the airflow though them won't be the same. Best Whisky I ever had was a bottle of Midleton Very Rare 2016 vintage.
We checked this actually! The chargers vents are in the sides and not had any issues using it so far because of this! Love the drink mate, great choice!
Thanks for all of your videos. You make tools that much more fun! On a side note, I went to your website and loaded up my cart with around $150 dollars worth of materials and during checkout, the shipping was going to be around $140 additional. Do you offer any other shipping methods? I would love to own your product but I can not pull the trigger with the shipping fees to Texas, USA.
I can't wait to see you review the ToughBuilt StackTech that is coming next year. Hint, hint 🤣 Also, you should have added whiskey glasses also. Why have the bottles with no glasses?
Haha, we’ve been getting that hint a lot lately! 😂 Glasses were a tad too wide for this setup, but who says we don’t have a genius idea for them elsewhere in the workshop? 😅
i would probly put some form of snacks in and i much prefer beer over whisky and if there was any left over i would put all the loose stuff in another one and also i have vhanged my DeWalt stuff and gone back to my old faithful kielder stuff but still got the DeWalt so i can drill pilot holes with one and then have a bigger drill bit in the other one and the have a screwdriver bit in the DeWalt impact driver and also a socket adaptor in the kielder impact driver grate video tho keep it up
Whisky and coke..... Sacrilege. The only thing that should be added to whisky, is more whisky. Favourite whisky..... That's almost an impossible question. Glen Garioch 18 year old single malt or Bruichladdich Islay Gold

Great suggestion, I’ll look into it mate! 🤌
Well done. Next time pls. add a link to the Ikea-items, even if it´s up to my prefs, I would like to see what you used ;-).

This is your best idea yet!
Any news on a U.S. where house? The shipping from the UK is hard to swallow.
Thanks Matt! What would you put in the compartment? Working on US distribution, we’ll announce it here first!
Awesome idea, I’m definitely going to do this in my garage. And for the second blank panel inset the whiskey glasses in the hidden compartment. 😂
😂 good idea that!
Make inserts for the kobalt mini tool box, that would be sick
Looking to get our hands on those!
Looks amazing again good job and amazing idea!!
Thanks Jordan! 👍

What a great tip! Thanks mate, what would you put in the secret compartment?
That would be super hand to keep little grab buckets of consumables; screws etc.
Completely agree! Might do it in the other blank panel!
Do yall plan on making purple foam, i paint my tools purple and would like a matching foam
We can’t reveal it yet but that’s one of two colours we are in active development making 🤫
@@ShadowFoam get that purple and US distribution going. I know of many people here in the US, both men and women, that would love the purple.

Where's the tumblers to drink the whiskey go? Or do you drink straight from the bottle 😉
Haha you got me! 😂
Just a heads up.
I've used those clips on a bathroom cupboard, and they work fine.
I guess they are meant to be used on doors that open sideways.
Thanks for the heads up! 👍
My favourite whisky is .........FREE.😊
Haha mine too!
Would have to Talisker, Laphroig and Jameson Crested for me. Mjam!
Great choices mate, top quality!

Drop my team an email at hello@shadowfoam.com and they’ll run through some options for you 👍
@@ShadowFoam I appreciate that. I will reach out to them.
Very good video, I'd put in some good bourbon, Makers Mark, Monkey shoulder, Wild Turkey 101 Bulleit bourbon, Devils Cut,
Great selection there mate! 👍
You need to add a couple of whiskey glasses.
Where about a do you think?

YOU'RE MISSING THE SHOT GLASSES. 🥃 🤜🤛
Hahaha definitely!
No finger pulls for the whiskey???
No need when it protrudes like this, we did a little tear off-camera
Amazing 😂

Great ideas mate! Might do them in the next panel!
How about a couple hot lead dispensers on the othe other side
I like that idea!
I would have made it into a gun compartment and rather than using the latch, maybe a magnetic system to keep it locked as well as in place.
I do like that idea of using magnets!
Very smart but where’s the glass go?
What glass?
@@ShadowFoam the glass to drink it with.
Too bad you dont have store in US

Very very good choices there mate! 👌
When I get around to it I'm gonna shadow foam the shit out of my garage and MTB field repair box.
Looking forward to seeing that mate! Drop me a line if you need any help 👍
