- Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg apologised during a US Senate hearing to families of children who they say were harmed by bullying and exploitation on social media platforms.
The apology was prompted by US senator Josh Hawley following his intense questioning of the tech billionaire.
Zuckerberg says Meta is continuing to ‘invest’ in making the platform safer for children.
