That looks like a cool job to do, nice big mug of tea on the side, lots of over time, all you need is a hammock & tart set up nice work if you can get it.

Water color has little to do with quality of water. More sediment will make it murkier but it's just dirt. Also people aren't just throwing their bikes in a lot of things can cause them to fall in, rain, wind, accidents
