👉 Ingredients:
450g of flour (3 Cup), 1 tsp of Salt, 1 tbsp of sugar (15g), 1 tbsp of dry yeast (8g), 3 tbsp of oil (50ml), 100ml of lukewarm milk, 150ml of lukewarm water
👉 Stuffing
4 medium boiled potatoes, 1/2 cup green onion, 2 tbsp of Parsley, 100g of grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar), 60g of salami or pepperoni, 1 tbsp of olive oil, Salt and Pepper
For the gilding: 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp of milk, grated cheese
