Great kalanchoe collection. I have kalanchoe marnieriana, and others that I don’t know its name. They grew so fast. I love your silver and copper kalanchoes, very unique.😍 Thank you for sharing. 👌❤️
I have the Kalanchoe Marginata which of course became many MORE POTS of them. I like them because of their flower-like forms and the color and variation that they get.
I can't believe this, I saw a plant loved it bought it home, trying to figure out what it is. It's a kalanchoe daigremontiana - mother of a thousand. And you have a video about kalanchoe!! Love it
Carmen Namaste your kalanchoes are beautiful, I love all of those but panda n pink butterflies are very nice, I have two kind of kalanchoes . THANKS show your collection, with LOVE from INDIA ..
Beautiful collection i learner alot from this video so many different types my favorites are the pink butterflies and copper spoons the walking kalanchoe is huge
I just spent a small fortune on plantlets from Pink Butterflies. It would have been nice for the seller to tell me rooting is going to be an issue. Ugh.
Does your silver spoons get any bugs? I have one that is full of scale and something white (not mealy ) something else. I sprayed it with neem oil and even alcohol but nothing seems to help. Any recommendations?
I haven't had any bugs on it. But, it did loose some leaves from a frost we had over the winter. I cut it back and it's already giving off new leaves this spring. They can take a cut back and recover.
Can i just keep it indoor? I bought it just a month ago and i dont know if i will just put it inside my room with full lights on or outside near the window
I’m in PHX too and girl I can’t give my Kalanchoë’s enough water, I don’t get it. It’s winter time in PHX right? Omg can I buy some pink butterfly cuttings from you? Or if there’s something on your list that I happen to have maybe swap. I have some Kalanchoë Mariners
Great collection. Thanks for video. I wonder if you or anyone in the comments section can help me with my Kalanchoe problems. I have 3 different colors of what I think are all Kalanchoe Blossfeldiana. Two I adopted from family and when I got them they had GIANT leaves about 3" in length. Now they have leaves much smaller, 1" or less. The third one was a cutting and leaf size seems unchanged but still only about 1.5" in length. Other than this they are growing fine the yellow one even developed amazing red tint around the leaves they are just smaller than they were, leaf shape on the yellow one also seems to have changed oddly, more arrowhead shaped. I have found little help online which simply states that leaf size is pot size dependent.
Thanks so much for visiting. Usually when you have smaller leaves the plant may not be receiving enough bright light. I know they don't like direct light, but perhaps a brighter light. Also, try fertilizing once a month, that may help.
Years ago, I gave my dad a Kalanchoe daigremontiana. He put it outside in a big pot alongside his geraniums planters and treated it like he treated them with lots and lots of sun and water and fertilizer. I have NEVER seen such huge leaves as that plant developed. I am not recommending that sort of treatment, because when winter approached and the plant needed to be brought indoors it wasn't able to survive the changed conditions. This is why so many succulent and cactus growers like to grow their plants "hard", with not too much water and not too much fertilizer. I guess what I'm saying is that so much depends on light and water and so on. If your leaves are smaller, it seems likely that the problem is insufficient light. Sadly, never have I ever had a K. blossfeldiana re-flower.
I use worm castings as a regular seasonal addition to my plants. So, at the beginning of Spring I'll work some worm castings into the tops of the soil. I just give mine bright indirect light, don't water too much and it seems to be happy.
*What's your favorite Kalanchoe? With so many to choose from it's easy to start a collection* 😍

I just spent a small fortune on plantlets from Pink Butterflies. It would have been nice for the seller to tell me rooting is going to be an issue. Ugh.
The best way to propagate Pink Butterflies is by a cutting from the mother plant.
Hi edagdwg love this video and plant thanks for sharing I love the pink on the edge have to buy a new one linda j ☮️❤️ ❤️💯 💯❤️
Lovely kalanchoes fam!
Thank u for this beautiful video go on👏
My pleasure 😊

How do you how
propagate them ?
Do you put them in water and wait for roots
or cut them and let them dry out and plant them ?
🤔😐🤪😄
I cut them and place them in water. I usually don't wait for it to harden off if I'm water propagating.
Carmen Whitehead
❤️😍🙏🏽 thank you so much for your response have a blessed day !
I love ALL of them but the pink butterflies are driving me to drink ! They are expensive and hard to find on eBay.
How do I make my pink butterfly more pink? It has a pink on the edges but it’s like 97% green
I find that mine gets more pink, the more I expose it to direct sun. Mine gets 2-3 hours morning sun and that's enough to keep it pink.
Can i just keep it indoor? I bought it just a month ago and i dont know if i will just put it inside my room with full lights on or outside near the window
Kalanchoes can be kept inside sure. They just need plenty of light so they don't start stretching.
Hello neighbor! I would be glad to share some cuttings with you. Just email me at carmenwdesigns@gmail.com and we can figure something out. 😀
Nice collection . Do they flower?
Some of them do, but most of them do not. The leaves do have wonderful colors though.
Great collection. Thanks for video.

Mine is dying easy to break of leafs and drying stems I water once a month
It needs more water. Try every 10 days.
From my kalanchoe tomantosa some fine threadlike are from stem. What is that. Please tell.
Those are aerial roots. They are harmless. It's the plant looking for moisture. But, don't water too much because of them.
Thank you very much.
Or twice a month
Hi edagdwg love this video learning how big it can get pretty love it thank you for sharing Linda j ☮️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️💯 💯❤️❤️💯 💯❤️

Just wanted to let you know kalanchoe are winter growers

Hello
I liked this video but the music playing in the background is really annoying. It sounds so corny like an infomercial, and is unnecessary.
