That can happen on ps2 version too currently playing this for ps4 because i want that platinum and i just passed this mission that way i laughted so hard when that happened 😂😂

However, the line I want him sleeping with the fishes not eating them at 0:20 really makes me want to watch The Godfather now.
5:05 while in Staunton Island, you are given a mission by Ray Machowski to take out a person snitching on him who is on a boat just off Portland beach, there is a chance he ends up landing his boat on the beach and then try to run away if you don't kill him before that.

You can actually steal this boat- just follow him to the shore (he will get off eventually), kill him, pass the mission, push the boat back into the water and, there you have it :) . The boat is called Ghost (Ghost Missing in PS2) :)

@Big Retard yeah, for games that was made for ps2 who run games to 25 or 30 fps, it's understandable that games like this have bugs in 60 fps

He's there because it affords him some privacy, in a public place.
So I play the android version and I was doing this mission. Ray's partner drives the boat onto land and I shotgunned him.
