I've been a proud owner of 4 Hangman Ave for many years now and I'm fully convinced if the windows were actually see through and you'd get that real view towards the pool and garden, it would be the best house/apartment in the game.
14:44 one thing I both like and dislike about 4 Hangman Ave is that there are NPCs who spawn on the patio. During the day they are either 2 or 4 girls with bikinis who sunbathe near the pool (they are relatively quiet and it's one of the more attractive NPC models). But during night a bunch of hipsters put out a radio and play rap music while talking a lot; I often shoot the radio with a silenced pistol to scare them off and destroy the radio.
I will forever love Del Perro Heights, because when I was growing up my family used to vacation in Santa Monica and usually stayed a block away from the building Del Perro Heights is based on
Anything in Tinsel Towers has one feature most don't. At night, you can circle the block and pick up the Sentinel XS that can be sold at LS customs for around CR14k. You can then place it in your garage... then circle again. I've gotten 7 in a night, and when you are grinding a low level character, that money in the bank is nice to have.
Weazel plaza, 4401 Procopio Drive, & 4 hangman are my favorite. I like Sandy shores & penthouse as well. Getting so bored with the game that I’m just swapping properties at this point. Lol Idk why Rockstar doesn’t make the mansions, South Los Santos, & Mirror Park houses available for players. I would even be cool with more homes in the hills with the foreclosure signs, being made available. Such a simple yet huge thing that could bring back attention to GTA online & refresh the game for OG players.
It wouldn't even be hard, I would imagine. Davis homes would be 2-car low-end homes, Mirror Park would be mid homes. Don't need new interiors, just set entry and spawn areas for the doors and garage.
Despite having more luxurious housing and a penthouse, I love 4 Hangman Avenue the most. I love the location, having a pool, and NPCs that have parties on the property with a radio outside. Only thing missing is there’s no bong inside.
4 hangman avenue is honestly the most incredible house you can get imo. Premo view of LS, big ass pool, enough space to land a helicopter and a 6 car garage. the interior is not the best, but for a 164k home, its the best price you can get
I recommend buying a low end apartment in Paleto Bay. I own one myself at level 286. The reason for this is for convenience purposes so that I have a spawn point at the top of the map should I need to do any activity there. Being so far away from the city and my businesses it's a good place to spawn to sometimes for certain missions. Saves you a lot of time driving all the way there.
Hehe, fun video...although I chose my apartments based on utility instead of views. Bought all 8 apartments at Eclipse Towers so I could store 80 cars in one location for easy garage management, then bought out Del Perro so I could fast travel near Vincent's icon to make it easier to speed run the Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid.

I dont really mind the 0232 Paleto Boulevard house, it just seems like a cozy house (at least on the outside) with the added plus of having an American Flag.
4401 Procopio Drive is my favorite house. I love Paleto Bay because its a small, quiet sea town with lots to do. The house also has good ocean views. I spend a lot of time here to escape the griefers or just to relax.
I had 2874 Hillcrest for years before the alien invasion with all the MkII Oppressors flying around. 4 Hangman Ave was my 1st house in the game before I traded for my customized Eclipse Towers Apt. I'm thinking of repurchasing the house now for nostalgia purposes and keeping my first two cars in the garage (I stole both of those lol). It could be used as a "safehouse" as part of my character's lore or something. You can't do heists or have NPC's in there so I could say that none of the characters in the game like Lester know about it.
having a mid-range apt as your main spawn/apt can actually be super useful, considering most of the high-rangers have a lot of people who use them and potential for griefers (ESP eclipse towers, i felt like you should've considered that in your ranking personally). My personal pick is Bay City Avenue because of the beauty of the location and its literally right next to the pegasus spawn for boats (this is really good for getting to your kosatka if you dont have the sparrow yet)
Wild Oats drive is my personal favorite, it has a great view and prime location in the center of the map north of the city. Its also a great spot to teleport cause players never expect you to spawn there, but it still has easy access to the city.
Hangman avenue bungalow is goated having been my home since ps3 and im proud of it, its the only house in vinewood hills which is cheap in price but gives million doller view! Also we are waiting for ranking every tree in gta online.

1893 Grapeseed is underrated cause if you’re like me and you got your arcade as Wonderama it makes it so you can keep 12 cars in Grapeseed, a pretty good place to lose cops too.
I bought an apartment in eclipse towers once and immediately regretted it. EVERYONE has a until there and people spawn camp at the garage exit so when ever you leave you get blown up. I traded up for Alta, Richard's Majestic and a house in the Vinewood hills and I'm so glad I did
I by my apartments for the 10 car garages. And all spots are filled. But I don't drive 99% of them. I would go on a selling spree. But they limit how many you can sell. And lower the sell price after awhile.

12 Sustancia Rd was my first house and I still have it with my first car. 3655 Wild Oats Dr is where I’ve primarily lived for the majority of my time in GTAO. Only thing I hate is that you gotta go outside to get to the garage for whatever reason
I hope the buff the payouts of the og heists to make apartments more relevant again, I love my eclipse towers penthouse but I don't really have a reason to visit it ever.
1893 Grapeseed is underrated cause if you’re like me and you got your arcade as Wonderama it makes it so you can keep 12 cars in Grapeseed, a pretty good place to lose cops too.
That is a really good point about the Wonderama arcade and car storage!
@ Walking/driving out of a crappy apartment and seeing the MASSIVE arcade all lit up next door is strangely comedic sometimes
I bought an apartment in eclipse towers once and immediately regretted it. EVERYONE has a until there and people spawn camp at the garage exit so when ever you leave you get blown up. I traded up for Alta, Richard's Majestic and a house in the Vinewood hills and I'm so glad I did
Eclipse Towers is a bit of a nightmare sometimes
I by my apartments for the 10 car garages. And all spots are filled.
But I don't drive 99% of them.
I would go on a selling spree. But they limit how many you can sell. And lower the sell price after awhile.
I have the Del Perro Heights, apt 4. Since i started playing online. And i have the custom interior. And in my opinion it looks sick.
12 Sustancia Road was my character’s first apartment, and 3655 Wild Oats Drive is their current one.

Some buyers might choose this apartment specifically because of where that telescope can be pointed at...
Good point good point
recently sold my eclipse tower penthouse 3 in exchange for tinsel towers apt 42. i got so tired of the downhill crash course once you exit the penthouse... plus tinsel towers is a much easier drive to my businesses.
and shout out to alta street, apt 3. my first residence on PS3💯
12 sustancia road has to be my favorite one though. It gives you that awesome and authentic American childhood feeling, 4584 Procopio does the same. I’m also ashamed that 3655 Wild Oats didn’t do better….
I bought both of the apartments in del Perro ages ago because it was convenient to have all of my cars in one place, then I boguht the biker place and the arcade lol
Rockford drive was my first apartment in the game lol
I have 140 Zancudo Ave I like to pretend it’s a hideout house after heists to lay low for role playing purposes
If we ever get the ability to purchase large mansions. Idc if we get yacht level prices. Just have it come with features like home office, butler/ assistant and heists similar to the original heist dlc, but with better payouts.
I have never seen this much attention paid to the actual views out the window.... I choose my places strictly on location and even though I used to move my main apartment around a lot, I kept coming back to Integrity Way and that's where I'm staying now...
I have now found out how to gift
That’s amazing thank you so much!!!
I want the Mansion above the Vinewood Reservoir, The one with the weight room bungalow and trevor always wakes up drunk next to the pool.
