My wife and I tried your recipe this afternoon and used your ingredients in the crust and the glaze but we put in onions, pepperoni, olives ,parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pizza sauce. And once again your recipe hit it out of the park. Thanks.

I love how unfussy your dough is. I found some other recipes I liked but stop doing this because the dough was complicated, time-consuming and way too fragile. Thanks for a new way to enjoy calzones! 😍😍😍
Made this tonight and it was scrumptious! What a treat! I did not have the honey like sweetener that you had and think I will look into it. My “dough” was a lot more moist than yours was and I thought I had messed up but it turned out great. Thanks for sharing!

I forgot to mix in the sauce with it, which turned out to be a bonus because I didn’t like the maple syrup flavor, but I can’t wait to make a more traditional calzone with this. I can’t wait to use this crust for so many things. Plus, I was full for the rest of the day. Literally couldn’t eat dinner. On to try others of your recipes.
I made this the same day you posted it. Delicious and so filling. I had enough for 3 meals! And the honey mustard is on point. I am keeping some made up in my fridge. The only syrup I had was sugar free from Maple Grove Farms, but I am going to get the other when I am out at the store. I already have that brand of chocolate and caramel sauce.
