These tips are great. Here are a few of my ideas I’ve used 1) look at your albums 2) sort through your supplies 3) watch videos of other scrappers.
You read my mind Kimberly, cause that's exactly what I do too. I also sometimes flip through my old scrapbooking magazines; it often brings back ideas I had had the last time I've ever flipped them
Love this!!! I have a few magazines still kicking around, that's a great idea. 🌸
Two of the biggest struggles I have with cardmaking are 1. It takes some time for me to stir my creativity once it has been put on hold and, 2. The little voice in my brain that tells me every card I make must be a small work of art. Your tips in this video will be helpful in taking me from no mojo to fun mojo. I also recently realized that there's absolutely nothing wrong with using templates, they help in getting simple cards made, and simple cards are appreciated too.

I'm with you Laura! I always think my cards look like crap, and most of the time I don't even send them. **Let's not talk about the 30 Christmas cards that I didn't send. **🙄😐😑 And Yes--finding Gwen on youtube was a huge boon for me! PS One favor I've done myself is to stop asking others what they think about my cards. If I'm happy with it, that should be good enough.

I love, love, love your gorgeous little mini tag book. I adore your kitty photos. I think that is a perfect way to get one’s mojo back. I always feel very overwhelmed at the start of each New Year with my crafting. This Christmas I managed to make more Christmas Cards than ever before. I managed to make 30 Christmas cards plus some more layouts for the twin’s albums which is really a big achievement for me as I must be the world’s slowest crafter😃but it has left me exhausted mentally and my mojo definitely is feeling a bit flat.
When my mojo is low I like to go back and look through some of my past projects to get myself inspired once again. I do love working with my cutting dies so even going and purchasing a couple new dies or crafting products seems to kick start my creativity once again.

Hello Gwen. I LOVE LOVE LOVE you! I really liked this video as I have lost my creativity at times. And right now, I'm going through a complete reorganization of my craft room! I can't even see the top of my table at this time 😢 of course, I am using several of your organization and storage ideas, but once I'm done, I'll be ready to SCRAP!!

I really want to get into scrapbooking and mini journalling but have absolutely no clue as to where to start. I'm hoping that by watching your videos I can pick up some tips. Thankyou for the advice you give, I do find it helpful. I'm really a carmaker but do want to try other areas of cardcrafting x

Good tips! I was very lucky to be given a circuit for Christmas but as I now have to sit in front of a computer to design and learn the functions it has wiped me clean of any inspiration. Generally I clean my craft space to jump-start me, so maybe I’ll try that. ❤
Oh how exciting, a Cricut for Christmas!! I find it hard switching between creating designs and creating projects, it's a different kind of 'thinking'.... A tidy craft space is sure to help though!!

I made my first cards in weeks. Started with some basic things that needed to be done, then found a template challenge that had inspiration. End result 6 cards done and one almost finished 🎉

Love the tag album! I have ideas for gifting it! And i have tons of scrapbook paper…less premade tags but that’s okay!
So glad you enjoyed this Rhonda! You can create your own tags out of the scrapbook paper too, I have this set shrsl.com/4d9r1 of dies and they have been so good for using up paper scraps.... I like that the style is one that won't go out of fashion, I've had these for years and used them so so much, they have basically paid for themselves.

Hi Gwen, Happy New Year. I enjoyed watching your video and tips. For me personally, I've learned not to push myself when I'm not feeling creative because I am usually not happy with the results. But conversely if I'm in a creative frame of mind, I will create my cards and stay in my room sometimes for hours at a time, creating cards for upcoming occasions. Thankfully this seems to work for me. ❤😊
