My grandfather, Archie Rae McFarland, operated the Alvord Ranch for about 30 years, until 1952. He dug the Hot Springs and lined it with lime. I have several photos of the hot springs and the Alvord Ranch from the 1940's..
Thank you have been to the hot springs 4 times Great hot springs and we were able to go see the fruit orchard across the road and asked if we could take my atv way up the hill to the very top and looked out way up there and we found the camp ground and Hot springs it looked like a grain of sand from that distance we had a great time we are happy as to want your Ranch and family have done and we had talked to you on the phone as well great we are happy for want you all have done .Case from wash state 👍p.s. your ranch book is in my camper the Davis ranch 👍
