- Hi, this story is about how I got lost in the desert and stumbled upon a strange house. The cabin made of clay and stone served me as a bed for the night and saved me from the night cold!

Sarcastic comments from some viewers not withstanding, let me congratulate you for what you have accomplished within just a few hours: You have converted an almost uninhabitable, uninviting, decrepit , abandoned place into a habitable, inviting place. You forgot to bring a potted plant for the window sill, though, and a few wild flowers and a glass vase to complete the scene. If you had brought a nice oriental carpet also would have been nice, and would have converted this shack into a house, I think. A very nice video, I must say. Thank you very much for uploading it.

You were lost, but had with you all the handy things: garbage bags, transparent plastic sheets for the windows, curtain cloth ......how very lucky to bring exactly the things you need in a cabin you stumbled upon when you were lost! My my.

I'm amazed! Not one rattlesnake, scorpion, black widow, or tarantula in that house! You just happened to have that heavy clear plastic, a hammer, nails, a saw, & curtains, too! Way cool you cleaned it all up! 🌵🏚🌵 Great drone cameraman!
And a new broom…never checked the chimney to see if it may be plugged..wall decor. These videos are so bullshit! What did it save him from? Never took off layers, because he was so hot…didn’t drink anything…bs for sure. Boo.

Pretty nice little house. It was very kind of you to fix it up. Now the next person that comes across it will have a nice place to camp in.
I think that setting that cabin up for future hikers was an amazing idea! My only pet peeve was tossing that match on the floor after all that cleaning! 😊
I noticed the tossed match, too…..lol
He swept it up, I'm told, but the sweep didn't make the final cut.

@@Bojackbatzli Hello! I’m from Phoenix also. I thought this looked like New Mexico. The mountains in the beginning looked like the Sandias. There is an area west of Albuquerque that is on a plateau similar to this. Just wondering.
