Piece of advice: if the tire people put "balancing beads" in your tires, have them remove the dumb things as they can cause more problems than they help.
My car vibrates pretty bad from 60 to 68 mph then it goes away, I just did a road trip from NC to NY. And notice my steering wheel when out of balance to the right side and that ‘s when the shaking started , so guessing the problem is alignment
Hi, The vibration you're experiencing between 60-68 mph, along with the steering wheel pulling to the right, is more likely due to an issue with wheel balance or alignment. The shaking often indicates unbalanced tires, while the pull to the side suggests an alignment problem. After a long road trip, it's common for alignment or wheel balance issues to show up, especially if you hit bumps or potholes. I'd recommend getting the wheels balanced and an alignment check to solve the issue. Let me know how it goes!
05 volvo s60 2.5t I put new ball joints tie rods control arms and end links two weeks ago prior in May fixed the pass cv axle I had a shake before any of the fixes. I got new tires last may it sat till may this year granite ik the tires can get flat spots but brand new tires? I fixed the front suspension got the alignment done twice and balanced two times and is till get a shake in the front right. Shop is stating that the rim is bent which could eb from sitting.. but I don't understand how the rim could be bent but the tire doesn't have a flat spot...
Feeling in the same boat. I’m in a Rwd CTS I did All the breaks front rotors inner and outer tie rods all new tires and since I’d got new tires and did the tie rods my self I had to get a 2nd alignment My steering wheel shakes back n forth. I think with this pay check I’m going to shoot for either Getting my wheels balanced, steering knuckles or wheel bearings. 🤞🤞🤞
It doesn't help getting rid of vibration from unbalanced tyres if the tyre shop you go to doesn't maintain their balanced device. I was despairing of getting rid of the vibration on my car after a local balanced all 4 wheels and things didn't smooth out. I went to another outfit to get someone else to give it a go( the definition of stupid is to keep doing exactly the same thing over and over, expecting a different outcome!) They found 1 wheel 50grams out, 1at 30grams and 2at 20grams. The car then drove smoothly.

So I have a 2008 f150 supercrew the problem I'm having is a hop/bounce feeling at 53-56mph. I've replaced shocks, leaf springs, have rotated as well as balanced tires but nothing is fixing this feeling. Feeling dosen't move when rotated as well as the 3 shops I had check my balance showed me that balance was good 🤷♂️. This feeling is driving me crazy any help would be greatly appreciated.
A vibration noise from the rear end at 50 mph in 3rd gear is likely due to a worn or damaged universal joint (u-joint) or a failing driveshaft component. It's also possible that the differential could be the issue. Start by checking and possibly replacing the u-joints and inspecting the driveshaft. If the problem persists, you might need to have the differential and rear suspension components inspected. Let me know how it goes, all the best!
@honestmechaniccolorado I have a 2022 Toyota Camry the seat and the floor shakes when going over 65to 85 after that it only shake a little do you know why it does that?

My Citroen c4 diesel automatic shakes or vibrate when driving on 5 gear at 80km, and it stays normal when it’s above 80kms. I don’t know why
