    If I want to finally end up doing a PhD , I have an offer from Warwick for taught masters with a thesis component, do you think I should a Mres instead ?

    • @Drganguli
      @Drganguli  2 місяці тому

      Both options are fine. But note that m res means that the thesis advisor will be more important and the degree will only be given once you finish the requirement of the research he is she expects from you. You need to choose the advisor well. This video may help

      This is a visa issue and you have to check with the consulate or embassy on their web page and then via email if dependents are being allowed on the particular visa type.

    I have some questions about MRes degree.
    How and where can we apply it ?
    Is there any scholarship for it ?
    Will it be accepted in India ?

    • @Drganguli
      @Drganguli  2 місяці тому

      M res is given mostly in uk universities. You have to find suitable universities in your field and then apply. You can get scholarship if you have a good academic record and some professor has funding to do research in the area.

      @@gurukrishna9267 UK degrees are typically considered acceptable to the best of my knowledge. But for PhD you have to go through interview round. Target multinational companies are they like foreign degrees more. I know a guy who joined rolls Royce in Bangalore after a m res from uk in engineering.
