Can you use reg gel polish for stamping

We recommend [YN] Polish rather than a gel polish. Traditional gel polish can smudge or smear when using it to stamp.

How do you dispose of the liquid after you finish ? ( if there is any left)

We recommend soaking up any remaining liquid with a table towel or paper towel and throw away in the trash. Do not pour it down the drain.
