I don't really use keywords for these, I usually just browse Pinterest, click on the photo I like and then scroll down to see the related images, yeah something along those lines 👍
from the thumbnail I actually thought you have studied it and now you can draw it . but you only copy things one by one. nothing more. you should have then just drawn a random shape and applied what you learned without a ref because otherway you won't learn anything or understand but just well learn how to copy
Thanks for your suggestion. Well while I think your idea is a great way to test what we had learned from the study, however, I think trying to copy the ref photo is a great first step to learn and paint a texture that we are not familiar with. @@ObsessedwithZelda2 Ohhhh thank you so much for the suggestions!!! That's really great! I will try it the next time I study something transparent. However may I ask, does "0 color picking" mean not picking color from the ref photo? Or it means totally not using the color picking tool at all? Like in the whole study process?
@@vuonglinh392 Oh I meant 0 Color picking as in not using the color picker tool on the ref photo, yeah. I don't do that practice myself too much, but I know a lot of digital artists do train their ability to see color correctly by challenging themselves this way. I thought it might be pretty likely you do this since you mentioned not getting the blue right at first in this vid
@@ObsessedwithZelda2 ohhhh yeah that was what I did! Since I wanted to train my eyes a little bit lol Anyway thanks for answering my question and giving me some suggestions! I will give them a try when studying some transparent things
Really cool! What software are you using? It looks really practical that you can put the references beside it.
I used krita! Please give it a try, it's free!!

Awww thank you so muchhh ❤️ that's very sweet and ice is something on my list to study. There are some very stunning ice out there in the wild that I want to paint so one day in the future 💪
I know ice is so fragile and calming, BUT SO COLD😖 Since you tried multiple imagines this video! I just have a some suggestions! " Iicicles, melting ice, ice in some drink, or maybe shaped ice pops! They are so yummy! But still how are you messaging every single PEROSN?! What time is it even in your country😰 If its late you should get some rest!!! + Im am definitely gonna become a regular for ur realistic drawing studies!

Wow!! That's so good.
Do you also make animation??
Thanks a lotttt ❤️ I did try to make animation a while ago but it was very hard 🥲
@@vuonglinh392 Your Welcome!! Actually I do make animations myself but i want to make animations like ghibli studio, so can you plz do a tutorial on that topic but it should be a group of food and a kitchen digital art.
That sounds like a great idea, the only problem is my own skill issue 😭 But I hope one day I can make that video tho

Omg another Krita user, how do you get to see your whole canvas in smaller picture? (Like in the top left)
Ohhh the overview right?? It's a docker. You can access it through settings>dockers>overview
@@vuonglinh392 Thank you so much!!
It's nothing! I'm glad to help ❤️
Omg my name is also Linh, nice to meet you ☺️

how is the canvas viewer dock called???

@@vuonglinh392 yessss

What's the keyword you search for these photo?
I don't really use keywords for these, I usually just browse Pinterest, click on the photo I like and then scroll down to see the related images, yeah something along those lines 👍
@@vuonglinh392 thank u for answer my question 💖
@@iwannabea_cloud you're welcome 🤗
add AI voice please
Don't worry, I wil try voice over one day
from the thumbnail I actually thought you have studied it and now you can draw it . but you only copy things one by one. nothing more. you should have then just drawn a random shape and applied what you learned without a ref because otherway you won't learn anything or understand but just well learn how to copy
Thanks for your suggestion. Well while I think your idea is a great way to test what we had learned from the study, however, I think trying to copy the ref photo is a great first step to learn and paint a texture that we are not familiar with. And the purpose of these videos is more on the side of that very first step, to see what I can do with things I don't understand in the limited time span of 2 hours.
Instant sub, man, you are amazing!!
