    I didn't hear the little Honda purring after about the 7:00 mark.? Dunkirk looks like a decent place to launch....nice day on the lake!

      It was a beautiful calm day on the water for sure. I think the noise of the Honda gets lower because we try to point the camera and microphone in a different direction if we can. It just doesn’t pick it up as much.

    Great video! Just found you guys. Glad to see some locals. What rods and reels are you using for your bottom bouncers?

      Thanks! Glad you found us. Those back rods on the bottom are Cabela’s Fish Eagles with Okuma low profile convector line counters on them. Tight lines!

      Most of our information comes from a group of friends that also fishes. We all share the info and everyone gets into fish.

    Wire line is what you want on deep fish and over 200 feet back .

    • @willsworldoutdoors
      @willsworldoutdoors  5 місяців тому

      Isn’t the wire heavy like lead core? That’s the reason we went to snap weights. The fight is much better and the lines are set much more quickly. Good luck out there!

      @@willsworldoutdoors no it’s lite I run 12 pound I also like spider wire very light and goes deep and last for ever I also can catch walleye on mono you young guys got it way now a days with close to 60 million walleye roaming LakeErie lol back when I started you had to work a quarter mile s school back and forth in order to come close to even getting 8 but the fish were much larger it just you guys are doing a lot of extra work and when you got to work in 3 to 4 footer s it’s not easy releasing both the weight and the little boards lol. If you you want to no a little secret running, spider wire with the little tiny silver dollars disk man I could teach you man you won’t be able to keep your line in a water and it’s so easy. That’s all fish. It’s all youfeel Won several tournaments on board. With spider wire it’s a little pricey but last a very long time very long time and as strong as steel buy me a steak dinner and I will give you the secret of a life time .

      @@willsworldoutdoors it’s just you guys are working to hard and I can’t imagine in heavy waves unhooking 2 objects to bring in a 12 pound walleye . But if you want to to go that route then god bless you but I can show you much easier ways to kill the walleye .

    WIL I HEARD RUMORS THE LAKE HAS FLIPPED TEMP DUE TO HIGH WINDS? DO YOU THINK IT WILL BE DECENT FISHING OUT OF THE CATT ON WEDNESDAY? THX

    • @willsworldoutdoors
      @willsworldoutdoors  5 місяців тому +2

      You can check out a website called seagull for maps of the surface temps of the Great Lakes. It’s really cool and does show a bunch of cold water off Dunkirk right now. I had heard the fish off the Catt moved at some point last week and the wind kept us off the water yesterday so no telling what the fish did. By Wednesday they should be set up again just not sure where. Catt is typically a good bet this time of year no matter what. Keep us posted and good luck!
