You could also benefit from astragalus for lowering blood pressure, and baking soda for kidneys too. The thing is, even if my blood pressure without medication is 115/75 for example (I ve managed to have it lower without medication) I notice I dont have side effects from telmisartan at that dosage, so I like being protected. As much, it might give me some temporary fatigue, that goes away with a minimum amount of berberine.

Love that you are not a fan of "Diets". Healthy eating is the way! A balanced approach to your food is best. I agree that reducing sodium when on steroids is a good idea as water retention rises while on. Being lean is about what and when you are eating. If you are eating super healthy you can pretty much eat however much you want as counting calories is bullshit. Your body does not know what a calorie is. Focus on your macros, if you wish to be leaner eliminate sugar, drop you carbs, increase you healthy fats, eat moderate protein, and eat all your meals within an eight hour period. Couple other tricks, cardio is good for your heart but doesn't burn fat well. A medium paced 30 min daily walk burns more fat than any stair climber. Stay away from bottled water it has estrogen in it, stay away from Soy as well. To make testosterone we need cholesterol, so eat lots of eggs! Thanks for the great video!
I have a very physically demanding job outdoors during the week, I drink a protein shake every 3 hrs, during the day. When we have lunch it doesn't matter much but usually we go to subway I'll eat a 6in sub the tech I work with is amazed how little food I eat but have big round solid muscles and veins popping out everywhere and I'm not on test yet. I'm 47 and still crushing it but considering the test because at the end of the week I do feel exhausted lol. High protein is key with moderate carbs for muscularity at least for me.

Yes, avoid the sugar. My weight goes up instantly if I have processed sugar foods or sodas or juices. Then I have to workout hard for days to lose one night of munchies.
150 mg of Test Enanthate here. This week would be my third week on it and I have come up about 6lbs in weight. I can feel it mainly on my lower back when I run 3-5 miles twice aweek. How can I avoid retaining so much water? also, I noticed that my Heart Rate has come up to 85-95 BPM at rest, and when I go for runs, let say 9:00min/mile, it can go up to 160-178 in a heart beat (no pun intended), I am not sure why this is taking place but it is happening. I will be getting my Test Trio (Cypionate, Propionate and Enanthate) in two weeks + Stanozolol pills. I thought about starting my second month on 250mg of Test and 10-15mg of Winstrol, what do you guys think? I'd love to make sure my heart rate gets under control so I can still put on a good amount of track training while also getting stronger. I am 5'8, 160 pounds and just want to go up to 170-175 of lean muscle.
100mg of test every ten days is not enough for me. There really isn't a magic number for how much you should take -- different people have different needs and reactions. I use 200mg per week of test and it works very well for me. I haven't found that to be "too much" at all.
At 250 test e 1 cc weekly I've went from ,260 to 218 in 6 months. Better shape than ever no exercise except physical job. Can't wait to start lifting and see where it takes me
I eat the exact same diet and i put on about 12-20lbs on trt. Every time i come off, i lose that weight. My doc upped my ai to 12.5mg 3x a week of aromasin, and that halted the weight gain. But now my joints hurt all the time, yet my estrogen is in normal range. I'm guessing for me it isn't just water. It's probably increased rbc, and some water from estrogen. I actually rarely get enough sodium in my diet, so i have to supplement with himalayan pink salt. My muscles feel perpetually flat on trt, it's like no amount of carbs or salt can give me my muscle fullness back. The only thing that helps is coming off trt periodically. It's definitely a mystery, but i intend to figure it out. Hopefully i figure out how to get this weight off while on my trt. I'm 270lbs on, and 250-260lbs off of my trt. I'd like to be 230-240. I feel great at that weight.

If you’re trying to gain muscle you don’t need to eat a lot of food and just keep up on your protein intake and try to lose weight you can build muscle and lose weight at the same time

So I don't get how this video fails to mention aromatase inhibitors that massively cut down on estrogen conversion, resulting in a much more favorable androgen/estrogen ratio and mitigating the fat and water gain.
I’m no doctor, just a trt user, for the past two years or so, IMO, it all depends on your genetics. We all have different amounts of androgen receptors, different amounts of muscle cells and even cellular size differs, these and many other variables, such as training, diet and rest are responsible for the “hypertrophic” response on the muscular tissue. Just think on the long run, how long you’ve been without TRT versus how long you’ve been on TRT. Muscular tissue don’t grow significantly over one day, one week or a month, is a long process that takes time, commitment and specially, loads of money.
That’s like saying how much does a horse cost. There is an impossible question answer as you can get horses for dollars in Mongolia and you could spend millions of dollars for a racing horse. In the states if you want prescription testosterone need to go through a doctor it’s quite a process and it cost around $200 a month if you get it on the black market you could get a vial of testosterone for around $40 which will last you two months at least you could also get a cheaper if you home brew your own stuff
Not to be rude but eating and training have no advantage before or after. Its a myth. Actually, I prefer to carb load before I train and protein load after the gym. No fasting or any bs like that. Eat and train honestly. Thats the secret
Not really a myth, just not supported by all evidence. I think what the doc is getting at is: if you eat before some exercises (cardio for instance) you will probably feel hungry again shortly after and consume more calories. Eating after some exercise, on the other hand may satisfy your hunger with less calories consumed in total. However I agree with you on consuming enough carbs before heading to the gym for weight training so you have enough stored glycogen to hit your heavy lifts. There is little evidence to support protein "loading" or that there is a need to consume large amounts of protein post workout. Instead, consumption of your daily protein (target amount) should be divided evenly throughout the day.
@@juzaus300 i would keep my boxing bag training lower when i combine it with weight lifting. 30/45 minutes is more the enough. if you do it longer then your test level will drop and your energy will drop. also so much cardio on the same day will effect your weight lifting in a negative way. in my opinion the combination is too much and it can effect your energy
I’ve found that if I’m really training hard with my trt I have less of an appetite. If you’re eating clean and training hard I can’t see being ravenous but if you’re eating crap like hamburgers, French fries, chips and food loaded with sugars it’s a lot easier to over eat. High protein, moderate to higher fats and low carbs and you shouldn’t be hunger. I also don’t think fruits are interchangeable with vegetables. You really don’t need fruit and anything more than 1 piece of lower glycemic fruit is not necessary. If you are training multiple times a day with a more cardio or endurance program you can take in more carbs but most people eat way too many carbs to begin with anyway

It’s simple. Eat more. It doesn’t have to be junk food. If you can’t stuff your face in one sitting, then spread out your meals. Have larger and more frequent meals. And above all else, be consistent. Junk food isn’t the worst thing, but you don’t have to eat that to gain weight. You can do this.
I stay ripped on TRT by literally tracking my calories and making sure I don’t consume more than I burn, it’s that simple, track your calories if you haven’t

I see alot of over 400 lbs powerlifters and just men in general go on trt and I was wondering if the risk of health issues on trt is greatly increased due to being so big and probably having high blood pressure and kidney issues already. Or if the size doesn't matter?
This is a great channel, thanks for the information. I take topical TRT (testogel 16.2) daily, the overall dose is probably 200mg. I’m three months into the treatment and have seen noticeable improvements in energy levels, training ability and body composition. I workout 5 times a week now for about an hour a time. This reasonable mix of weight training and cardio is perfect for me; with a decent diet and intermittent fasting I am able to maintain weight quite well. TRT has changed my life for the better!
Sporadical intermitant fasting helped me a lot losing weight. In the end its just eating less calories tho. Weighting myself often. Scale is in the kitchen

Yep, if I’m eating like shit (but still lifting heavy) I’ll gain weight easy. But will lose water weight (like 3-4kg) in a week after cutting out the excess sugar and salt. Went to Thailand for a month and dropped like 10kg in a month while taking 250mg per week.

Talking to my Dr. next week about TRT. I requested blood work for T levels and wouldn't be surprised if I am very low. I have been eating well and been more active dropping 20lbs and holding now for 3 month however I just cant add muscle without fat in my mid 50s. I don't want to compete in powerlifting or body building but would like to get back the build I achieved in my 20s.
My doctor prescribes me 200mg one shot of cyp every 2 weeks it works for the bedroom action blood work once a month and my diet had to change to avoid the water retention
14 hour fasting has been working for me a small lunch and eat before 530 pm and I lift ever other day and eat after I lift. My dinner meals are big healthy meals proteins and carbs

I take a small dose daily the future of testosterone. Great video by the way.. Staying lean is doing more so I can eat more !! I do a fasted workout in the morning then. I eat my high carb meal. I eat lunch less carbs and walk after my lunch everyday. Dinner is light sometimes nothing till the next day depending on my scale weight that morning. 10% body fat and dropping getting ready for lake this summer. Yea it's time to cut for summer. That way you don't have to hurry and lose a lot of weight in a hurry.
I've been on test cyp for about 10 months now. At first I kept to 0.1 ml cypionate and 0.08 ml of HCG per day. About 4 months in I went against my docs prescription dosage and went to 0.13 ml of cypionate and 0.1ml of HCG per day. I also started taking MK677 and YK11. Then a few months later I started taking 40mg dianabol per day for about 4 weeks. After my dbol cycle I went straight on to Methyl 1 Test. I was struggling to walk any distance without feeling breathless and almost collapsed whilst on the way to the barbers. My bloods showed my red blood cell/haemoglobin count to be very high. A CT scan showed that my aortic artery was slightly enlarged so it was evident that my heart was straining to get the blood pumped. I was suffering from a test induced cardiovascular problem due to polycythemia! I also had a very high estradiol count. My doc has kept me on cypionate and HCG but has put me on 2mg of exemastane every other day for 2 months!
@@tallentandco I believe 1ml = 1000mg 0.1 ml = 100mg/daily. I was taking 130mg/daily and occasionally a bit more. Actually I'm lifting better on the smaller dosage and I'm not feeling fucked after doing sets of 6 reps @ 320lbs. My dosages were prescribed by a physician who runs a mens health clinic.

I've been using prop for 4 years now. Enan and cyp had me holding water. I micro dose 0.5cc 5 days a week and that's perfect for me. I'm dryer and just feel better. Insulin pin in the delts and 23 gage for the glutes. The compound pharmacy sends me a full kit. I get full labs done every 6 months and my blood work is stellar.

Ok I started my very first cycle test e 400mg winnie 50mg I plan to also use cardarine and sr9009 to help with sude effects of the winnie i.e joint pain and drop hdl levels but for some reason whenever I take the winnie oral i tak half of the 50mg at 9 am other half at 9pm 25mg/25mg I start getting these nasty migraines similar to tensiom/pressure migraines front of forehead behind eyes and temples I wake up with it I'm fine for most of the day and comes back at night is this normal? I stopped taking test e on Thursday it was my 2nd pin and stopped taking winnie on Wednesday had taken 50mg a day for 3 days I'm starting to feel a lil better. But not quite there yet current side effects are high body temp fevers up to 103 it tends to be worse in the morning been having to drink about 2 gallons of water plus pedialyte otherwise I feel dehydrated sexual desires went down everything still works just libido is down and semen volume is way down like cut on half kinda of deal appetite is down also can someone point me in the right direction? What should I do I did already stop the cycle after only 4 days seems to me like I'm a hyper responder reason I say that is that my deadlift was at 365 for 1 rep and this week I hit 405 for 3 my bench was 255 now is at 305 I'm 28 yrs old been lifting for about 6 months 6'2" 250lbs about 25-30 bmi I was 100% natty up until Monday that was first pin of test

Guess my fault for believing him, but I had to get the gyno surgery. I had taken my blood work test levels like 2019 when I stopped and my test was through the fuckin roof. The dr called me out on it. I was uneducated about this stuff

I’m no doctor, just a trt user, for the past two years or so, IMO, it all depends on your genetics.
We all have different amounts of androgen receptors, different amounts of muscle cells and even cellular size differs, these and many other variables, such as training, diet and rest are responsible for the “hypertrophic” response on the muscular tissue.
Just think on the long run, how long you’ve been without TRT versus how long you’ve been on TRT. Muscular tissue don’t grow significantly over one day, one week or a month, is a long process that takes time, commitment and specially, loads of money.

That’s like saying how much does a horse cost. There is an impossible question answer as you can get horses for dollars in Mongolia and you could spend millions of dollars for a racing horse. In the states if you want prescription testosterone need to go through a doctor it’s quite a process and it cost around $200 a month if you get it on the black market you could get a vial of testosterone for around $40 which will last you two months at least you could also get a cheaper if you home brew your own stuff

Not to be rude but eating and training have no advantage before or after. Its a myth. Actually, I prefer to carb load before I train and protein load after the gym. No fasting or any bs like that. Eat and train honestly. Thats the secret

Not really a myth, just not supported by all evidence. I think what the doc is getting at is: if you eat before some exercises (cardio for instance) you will probably feel hungry again shortly after and consume more calories. Eating after some exercise, on the other hand may satisfy your hunger with less calories consumed in total.
However I agree with you on consuming enough carbs before heading to the gym for weight training so you have enough stored glycogen to hit your heavy lifts. There is little evidence to support protein "loading" or that there is a need to consume large amounts of protein post workout. Instead, consumption of your daily protein (target amount) should be divided evenly throughout the day.

if you do it longer then your test level will drop and your energy will drop.
also so much cardio on the same day will effect your weight lifting in a negative way.

I’ve found that if I’m really training hard with my trt I have less of an appetite. If you’re eating clean and training hard I can’t see being ravenous but if you’re eating crap like hamburgers, French fries, chips and food loaded with sugars it’s a lot easier to over eat. High protein, moderate to higher fats and low carbs and you shouldn’t be hunger. I also don’t think fruits are interchangeable with vegetables. You really don’t need fruit and anything more than 1 piece of lower glycemic fruit is not necessary. If you are training multiple times a day with a more cardio or endurance program you can take in more carbs but most people eat way too many carbs to begin with anyway

It’s simple. Eat more. It doesn’t have to be junk food. If you can’t stuff your face in one sitting, then spread out your meals. Have larger and more frequent meals. And above all else, be consistent. Junk food isn’t the worst thing, but you don’t have to eat that to gain weight. You can do this.

I see alot of over 400 lbs powerlifters and just men in general go on trt and I was wondering if the risk of health issues on trt is greatly increased due to being so big and probably having high blood pressure and kidney issues already. Or if the size doesn't matter?
This is a great channel, thanks for the information. I take topical TRT (testogel 16.2) daily, the overall dose is probably 200mg. I’m three months into the treatment and have seen noticeable improvements in energy levels, training ability and body composition. I workout 5 times a week now for about an hour a time. This reasonable mix of weight training and cardio is perfect for me; with a decent diet and intermittent fasting I am able to maintain weight quite well. TRT has changed my life for the better!
Sporadical intermitant fasting helped me a lot losing weight. In the end its just eating less calories tho. Weighting myself often. Scale is in the kitchen

I use the TRT for nearly a year. Arms and shoulders more defined. now at 200 mg per week but I'm thinking about dropping back down to 175. Blood presure has actually lowered a bit. Not puffy. High energy. Can't train as much because of this bullshit mandates in NYC
Switch to more frequent shots and the aggregate dose can really go down to around 100mg.

Yep, if I’m eating like shit (but still lifting heavy) I’ll gain weight easy. But will lose water weight (like 3-4kg) in a week after cutting out the excess sugar and salt. Went to Thailand for a month and dropped like 10kg in a month while taking 250mg per week.

Talking to my Dr. next week about TRT. I requested blood work for T levels and wouldn't be surprised if I am very low. I have been eating well and been more active dropping 20lbs and holding now for 3 month however I just cant add muscle without fat in my mid 50s. I don't want to compete in powerlifting or body building but would like to get back the build I achieved in my 20s.
I get a good fasted spin bike session in the morning, Pick what meal I'll replace with the holiday meal, enjoy it, then get back on my meal plan.
My doctor prescribes me 200mg one shot of cyp every 2 weeks it works for the bedroom action blood work once a month and my diet had to change to avoid the water retention

I take a small dose daily the future of testosterone. Great video by the way.. Staying lean is doing more so I can eat more !! I do a fasted workout in the morning then. I eat my high carb meal. I eat lunch less carbs and walk after my lunch everyday. Dinner is light sometimes nothing till the next day depending on my scale weight that morning. 10% body fat and dropping getting ready for lake this summer. Yea it's time to cut for summer. That way you don't have to hurry and lose a lot of weight in a hurry.

I've been on test cyp for about 10 months now. At first I kept to 0.1 ml cypionate and 0.08 ml of HCG per day. About 4 months in I went against my docs prescription dosage and went to 0.13 ml of cypionate and 0.1ml of HCG per day. I also started taking MK677 and YK11. Then a few months later I started taking 40mg dianabol per day for about 4 weeks. After my dbol cycle I went straight on to Methyl 1 Test. I was struggling to walk any distance without feeling breathless and almost collapsed whilst on the way to the barbers. My bloods showed my red blood cell/haemoglobin count to be very high. A CT scan showed that my aortic artery was slightly enlarged so it was evident that my heart was straining to get the blood pumped. I was suffering from a test induced cardiovascular problem due to polycythemia! I also had a very high estradiol count. My doc has kept me on cypionate and HCG but has put me on 2mg of exemastane every other day for 2 months!

I believe 1ml = 1000mg
0.1 ml = 100mg/daily. I was taking 130mg/daily and occasionally a bit more. Actually I'm lifting better on the smaller dosage and I'm not feeling fucked after doing sets of 6 reps @ 320lbs.

I've been using prop for 4 years now. Enan and cyp had me holding water. I micro dose 0.5cc 5 days a week and that's perfect for me. I'm dryer and just feel better. Insulin pin in the delts and 23 gage for the glutes. The compound pharmacy sends me a full kit. I get full labs done every 6 months and my blood work is stellar.
