Well here I am with facts that nobody asked for, but hey, at least I think this is *fun*
So back in medieval times reading was considered similar to the act of ~living~ (it will make sense I promise), because living equals the sorrow of Christ that everyone has to live through to get to heaven, etc. Reading books made you think about that sorrow and form thoughts that were really dark and basically a peek into God's plan, SO (here comes the interesting part);
Reading was considered to be unethical, for women especially, because it made you think about all the deep and nasty things about life that were not pure enough for the "ladybrain" to process. And so reading together with your lover was... well, rather intimate and sinful, to say the least. Also a synonym for getting a room.
Thus, we arrive at the main point - reading together *was*, in fact, the code word for boning to medieval ppl.

When I was in middle school we had a similar thing to the reading. When we were gonna watch a movie, our teacher warned us that there were “adult themes” and one girl said (as a joke) “like taxes?” Then when the aDuLt ThEmEs were happening another kid went “is this taxes?” And the teacher thought it was so funny it became A Thing. So now whenever I hear someone talking about doing taxes I think of middle school (yikes)

We Had a similar thing in our school. We watched a video that compared consent to tea. So that became our thing. The video also had some odd phrases like “unconscious people do not want tea” and “people do not want to wake up to have tea poured down their throat” and only our pe teacher gets the joke. And then in our humanities in French class we created the ‘tea house’ which was created to be a fake prostitution ring. Our teacher found out and continued to call it the tea house, knowing full well what it meant.

My sim's roommate has like a Culinary Arts degree thingy so she's always making food and there's food everywhere and my sim has the neat trait so shes practically miserable! (I dont know if its a glitch or its really the degree but it's pissing me off! lol)

You should put the option; "change degree" on the weel. Just start over. And then spin against to decide if she goes to britechester again. Or to Foxbury :) She'd have to pay for a whole new term just halfway through her regular term. And oh boy will she have enough money? Plus if she has to go to Foxbury everyone there will just dont like her because she used to be a britechester student. And I think I'd be great and Kayak would maybe suffer, but we all know she does this series just to make herself suffer anyways.
