Same thing happened to me this week. I was able to order just the backing plate. Saved a couple of bucks!
I love those Chinese scooters.
The 150 is simpler made then the 50s imo.
You got to remove the kick stand so you don't use it at all. I guarantee it will fall over & break the plastics till you do.
I only use the center stand & my scoots (all metal, all custom) never fall over.
I’m gonna pause just too write here. I just got an scooter Peugeot V-clic for free. It will not start. I’ve tryied some things that i can do without parts. But nothing. So i think that it can be the ignition coil or CDI box that’s the problem. But i’m gonna look at you videos, this video is my first view on your chanel ✌🏻🙂
Getting ready to replace mine less I chicken out and just replace gearbox cover and kickbar simply use kick bar .not even sure if switch is bad so old switch might work with new starter was gonna replace voltage regulater case that was what was stopping old switch from working we will go from point to point in consecutive simpleness
I had to hotwire my buddies ignition wires at around 3am in McDonald’s parking lot haha luckily, again it was a old Honda Magna and the ignition wires were easily accessible and easy to hotwire lol
Hi Joey can you tell me on your moped were YOUR MIRRORS screw in what do you call the replacement part as I need a new part as MY MIRRORS came loose as the threads have GONE THANK you.
First off, Thanks for splaining and showing everything so even I can understand and see what and how you're doing it.
having scooter starting failure... Have spark @ plug. I installed a new carb (24mm I don't have a big bore or anything that would justify going bigger) and when I pull the bottom hose I do leak a little from the line so I know im getting fuel, carb should be full by now (over 2 minutes of cranking attempts)When it's turning over the muffler gives a low pitch popping...
