For some reason I dont see any of those options when I select my printer from the app. I see Printer Status, Options, Email, and Advanced.
When I click Advanced it only shows me basic info like Model number, serial, IP Address, and Country Region.
I have a 4100 series printer and so far all the guides I have seen are similar to yours. (Go to tools/maintenance/cleanprinthead).
Did HP update their app last night to hide this option or something?
