There is a significant thing Ariel said at the end. "I know you don´t have to do this". This is characteristic for Conor. He knows that Ariel was there from day one and he did not forget him on the top of his game. Every TV Channel would wish themselves an Interview like this, but he gave it to the (compared to them) the small UA-cam guy. Hats off.
Mostarac199 -- I caught that as well. Ariel was the one who gave Conor the platform to express himself. He has many interviews with him. I admire their relationship & Conor is a good man for not forgetting that either.
Possibly the last Ariel interview with the “old” Conor , before he made his huge paycheck and still seems humble, he was always brash and confident but there’s a stark difference to how he is most times now, could be age, the money, the damage , the losses, drugs/alcohol, but miss this guy
Conor is one of my favorite fighters of all time and unfortunately you’re absolutely right and I agree with you.. I’m truly disappointed in Conor and his downward trajectory.. I truly hope he humbles himself and turns it around..
He certainly is multi-faceted. He's eloquent and obscene, humble and proud, admirable and irritating, inspiring and insulting, and more. He is brutally open, and apparently with the athleticism to back that up. Most interesting man in sports today, bar none.
I appreciate it when rich people address the fact that yes they're rich, but they still want to maintain a mindset of hard work and not letting the wealth get to their head. I'm so happy he touched on the fact that he doesn't want his son to feel privileged and he still wants him to have motivations and a mindset of working hard in life
Fucas101 hahaha that statement is obsurd.....if mcrunner wasn't rich he would still be fighting....so clearly his hard work and motivation is long gone....Mcrunner has been on vacation for what years, give me a break with this "maintain a mindset of hard work" hahah
Because ariel was always loyal to him like a good friend.. The guy was always behind him from day 1!! As mcgregor always says loyalty comes first.. And that's the reason i respect him!
Some people in America are just way too damn sensitive. Why can't they just look at this for what it is; an MMA fighter & a boxer challenging each other. I don't even consider color / race in this. Everything does not need to be turned into a racial debate people.
C S - It's called rich history and last time I checked in Europe soccer matches the locals throw bananas on the field when teams primarily of African decent play football. Either way the US isn't bad like the news make it seem
I loved how Conor's face lit up when he saw his little boy. The energy and momentum leading up to this fight is massive, and therefore the pressure on him, but his baby can still stop him mid-sentence and put a smile on his face. Now that is sweet!
Conor and Ariel are the dream team, no one gets a better conversation from Conor than he does. Conor is 100% real with Ariel because he know he can trust him.
Conor's confidence calms me to a certain degree. I feel like sipping on some tea and kicking back when I listen to him talk about a sure victory over his foes. It's just delightful to me now. I admittedly jumped ship from a casual MMA fan who liked Jose Aldo, to a hardcore MMA fan who absolutely loves Conor McGregor.
You can't listen to Mayweather speak and listen to Mcgregor speak and compare the two. Floyd sounds like such a fake person when he speaks. Conor sounds like a genuine human being. This is why he has my respect.
Yeah the genuine human being that held a goddamn PPV event where he charged his fans to listen to him brag about himself for like an hr. Wow what a great guy!
For as many haters there are against Conor.....listening to this interview I can not help but really appreciate and admire his attitude. He is humble and respectful just as much as he puts on the bravado and s talking when the spotlight is on him he is also a genuinely likeable guy.
Beside all the show elements, this guy can have a good conversation. I am not a Maywheater hater, but i am still looking for a good conversation with Floyd where he is not talking about money and money and how much money he has.
Love that fact that even though he is Blown up more then sports center he still gives Ariel the 30 minute sit down love that loyalty and relationship these two have
I like how he wants to show his kid what it took for Conor to provide financial freedom to his son, and not let him grow up with an entitled mindset. Much Respect!
I was beginning to think that the old Conor was gone. The humble, down to earth guy I remember seeing back when Ariel interviewed him in Ireland in 2014. Good to see it here :) go get em August 26th!
Conor is an example of stoicism, success and for many things he should be a role model. I remember when I wasn't watching UFC that much and I stumbled on one of his fights (it was the early fights he made at the UFC, way before his ascension to this success) and I remember I wanted to find more matches with him as I spotted he moved differently and I knew he was going to go a long way... This video proves how a winning mindset should be.
Commando Master Conor like's Ariel and his whole team because he was the only one who gave him a say and attention back when he didn't have the spot lights on him. Conor will always do right by the people who did right by him.
Gotta respect the way he talked about raising his kid. Making sure he doesn't just give and spoil him, to teach him to work for it Whereas shown previously, Mayweather just threw $10,000 at his kids telling them "daddys famous go spend it" Respect to Mcgregor
Actually really like the way McGregor has stuck with Ariel for his interviews especially after showtime axed him. Cos he remembers Ariel was one of his first journalists to give him his due and had him on before even signed with UFC. Connor respects those who stuck by him. He could've picked a big mainstream journalist or talk show but he didn't. This speaks volumes about his loyalty to everyone that was loyal to him. And Pauly, who I actually liked has been shown for what he is. Another bitter fighter. 👊👊🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🐐👌🏻
Dana was kind of right. Conor and the evidence we've been given, I don't feel like it's just gonna be Floyd destroying him right away now. I think Conor actually has at least a 10% chance of winning rather than 1% I thought at first. Dude is persuasive as all hell
Is he? Ive been trying to see what his supporters see but I can't because we talking boxing. If Floyd was as egotistical as Conor and was gonna be in an MMA match i'd feel the same.... But out of your element I guess persuasion is the biggest asset.
'I wouldn't even label him after The Great Ape.' Lmao. With the monkey logo his SBG Ireland team has, the Gorilla on his chest and the fact that he was apparently obsessive about apelike control of motion during his movement motivated McGregor era, I believe him.
You look like Tiger woods in that pic fam, you sure you're black? jk. Naa I give Conor credit for making it this far. No other UFC fighter could do anything this big. This fight is going to be historic regardless the outcome.
Menelik Watson Lol!! Obviously you didn't see the hits he took from the likes of Sugar Shane, Cotto, Mayorga and Canelo. Are you suggesting that this lying clown hits harder then these guys???
I am a "boxing fucktard" as you say and Mayweather is almost 41, that isn't an excuse, that's a fact. He simply isn't the same fighter he once was and you can tell, especially if you followed him earlier in his career. Make no mistake, Conor is getting an OLD Floyd. Go watch the Floyd Mayweather Vs Arturo Gatti fight to see a prime Mayweather.
Ariel is the best in the business! He asks tough questions but not to trip up or lead the person, just to give them a chance to give their side. He stays neutral without being a fanboy, but also shows respect and you can tell he is a fan.
Nate *Floyd came from a worse position than Conor Floyd stayed in the ghetto he had to share a flat with 8 people and his mum was a junkie Conor had he comfort off his mother and father and his own bedroom and food*
Say what you want but Conor doesnt forgot where he came from. Everybody from day 1 is still with him. He didnt even had to do an extra interview but he did it with Ariel instead of some mainstream media channel.
Conor has the Spirit in him that is fully awaken to overcome any opponent against him. He has a champion spirit by the look on his face. He knows his identity inside.
I like how Conor can just be himself and speak like a normal person, I don't see the same thing with Floyd :/ It's a shame that he has achieved so much yet he still tries to play a role :/
Ariel really gets a different side of Conor out when he interviews him, think it might be cos he knew him before he was big time as to why Conor has a different relationship with him vs all other media and is automatically more humble
i just watched episode 3 of all access and I knew his family doubted him before anyone else. he takes energy this way. and go to work everyday like a monster. he deserves our trust and respect. i love him. he got bullied cause he looked like a child, his family is the reason he is where he is not his coach or anyone else he would have made it with average coaches. so be thankful to this man and dont doubt a mans heart when he is brave and has heart of a lion. his story will long be remembered. peace
"They'll probably say that i was a young kid who showed up when he said he was going to show up" This is the most heroic thing i've heard anybody say in a long time. If he can pull of this upset like he claims he can, he will be in the same league as Ali, in terms great all time fighters. And after this, he will be the new champ. People are saying that the Ali comparision is dumb, but look - a fighter is judged by their greatness first and foremost, what they do when they achieve that greatness is extra. Who knows what Conor would do afterwards. He is an Irish man, and the Irish people have their troubles. Maybe we'll one day, after his run is over, we'll see him enter politics, or philanthropy. Either way, win or lose, he will go on to do great things, its in his character, and you can tell that when he talks about his son. Floyd plays the villain, but people conveniently forget that he is a villain, and not a virtuous man in the end. Conor is on the archetypal hero's journey, and i will hold a place in my heart for the possibility of him winning this bout. August 26th will be an exciting day.
I love how Conor is so fooking cocky and at the same time humble and appreciative. Discipline and honor. I cannot wait to see him knock mayweather out.

The 1 and only well done sir.

Hands down incredible comment 👏👏👏
The 1 and only lol😂😂
Every time Conor says "Ultimate Fighting Championship" it reminds me of him calling Nate "Nathan" or Eddie "Edward"
Dana White hahaha real talk
Cary De La Torre 😂
Dana!
Nate actually prefers to be called Nathan, but I'm sure he uses it in a condescending way
zGJungle ZG Nate prefers Nathan? Where did he say they that?

Piletina time stamp!
Like Conor always says: "Loyalty!"
It's a virtue he respects
Yeah man, harkens back to the Dublin walkabout he did with Conor a few years before, before he went superstar.
Possibly the last Ariel interview with the “old” Conor , before he made his huge paycheck and still seems humble, he was always brash and confident but there’s a stark difference to how he is most times now, could be age, the money, the damage , the losses, drugs/alcohol, but miss this guy

I appreciate it when rich people address the fact that yes they're rich, but they still want to maintain a mindset of hard work and not letting the wealth get to their head. I'm so happy he touched on the fact that he doesn't want his son to feel privileged and he still wants him to have motivations and a mindset of working hard in life
because that kind of people got rich by hard work
TripZ true. It takes more then just working in the physical realm. It goes beyond

You can tell mcgregor respects ariel so much. Ariel is a fantastic reporter!
veg head him and Ariel go waaaaayyyy back .. they have history
agree. 1 of the best interview.
cud respect goes both ways he's said respect him and he'll respect you simple
Ben Richardson well yeah but it's mostly because they have history .. Ariel has been interviewing him even before people really knew him
Because ariel was always loyal to him like a good friend..

Conor could be interviewed by anyone in the world, but it's Ariel because conor is loyal to his friends
This is the "real" Conor. Great interview from Ariel - as usual!
great man, an example to be followed and learn from. A mindset always looking FORWARD!
Thanks and good luck, always!
Let's go Conor!!! Like if your #TeamMcgregor 🇮🇪
I like both floyd and conor, they are actually similar in many ways
abc bitter ol black man
Gabriel Clark cocaine mcgregor bandwagon people desperately delusional LOL
Gabriel Clark how much Irish people are supporting Floyd?
moveabrick barry non 😂
What a man, from nothing to everything, he certainly makes
You believe what he's thinking,
Hope he goes on to shock the world
Conner never ceases to amaze me with his humbling attitude, passing a legacy down to your son. There is nothing more motivational.
He seems so relaxed and it's like he's won the fight already
Conor takes care of his own! Irish hero 🍀
I love how Conor is so fooking cocky and at the same time humble and appreciative. Discipline and honor. I cannot wait to see him knock mayweather out.
The richest guy involved in this fight isn't Conor or Floyd, it's Dana.
floyd has more money than dana unfortunately
