Brilliant interview, great to see Conor like this, would love to go to that pub now. Loved how polite Conor was to his staff, and how much passion he had for the place. Well done to Oscar for getting the best out of interviews, he never talks over people, just let's them chat and asks a few questions like a mate would, it really puts people at ease. This interview made me want to go and drink a stout. If I was in Ireland I’d go to his restaurant bar. This interview also provided good business lessons, especially how he talked about doing it for the passion and not for the money, and that’s when the real money comes.
