Now that's a crew! I feel like a TRX-4 loner where I live. I like Traxxas PERIOD! I have several TRX-4 trucks. It's nice to have one set of parts that fit all your trucks. I like all rc cars & trucks, I prefer to spend my money on Traxxas. I had other fast Traxxas trucks but when the TRX-4 came out I shelved the others. I had to have a red TRX-4! So I got one, then another, then another, then...I'm sure you guys understand! When I go to the RC places around town I rarely ever see another TRX-4. I have to go to UA-cam to see other TRX-4 people like me! LIKED & SUBBED!
Just got my Defender trx4 and wanted to go across a small stream but heard lipos dont like water...also have gen ace with traxxas style adapter and have a small gap where they join up. What did you guys to waterproof? Thanks great run by the way!
Personally I don't drive deeper, then my lipo so it won't get wet. Lipo's are kinda waterproof. I don't care if my connector het wet, it's only 12V, water doesn't conduct at low voltage.

It's the same defender body, but converted to a pick-up. And an Xmaxx 😝
