This show was amazing. Everyone did a fantastic job with acting. Wish they would have continued it. They really could have had a season 2 and so on.
I NEED A SEASON TWO!!!!!
THIS AINT OVER
I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT GIRL!!!!!!!
Marvelous book. Great adaptation, arguably better than the source material. Seeing these three queens interacting is more than I bargained for 🌟
I LOVE THIS SHOW
It was a great show. Thanks for making it.
Reese Witherspoon is so freaking beautiful wow so is Kerry Washington
You can really see Natalie Portman and her uncomfortably with the praise given and her sincere admiration towards Reese and Kerry and their work in her mannerisms and the way she speaks. It really shows such a true vibe and relation to actors and wealth vs quote on quote average every day working class people. At the end of the day no matter how normal you think you are vs how much you identify with struggles the conversation wether spoken openly or behind closed doors is still very much the conversation
We NEED a S2😮💨
YOU MUST do a second season.
Great show.i couldn't stop
Season 2 season 2 I want
MAKE A SEASON 2
Are we getting a season 2??
It’s based on a book
Probably not it was intended to be a limited series
Getting Season 2
The show ended the same way as the book. So probably not.
Nope
I see Natalie Portman and its an immediate click. Love her! So beautiful.
Season 2 is coming ??! Please say yes 😭
I clicked because of Kerry.
Kerry and Natalie are so similar omg
I got interested in the book based on seeing a preview for the show. So as I read the book I just pictured Mia as black. I wonder what I would of pictured her as without having knowledge of her ahead of time.
Hi
Natalie and Kerry look like how the other one would look in the opposite colour 😂 if that makes sense
О, приуэт
Hulu is money hungry
Reese's acting was amazing, Keri's not so...
They both are amazing but you have the right to your opinion
I need a season 2! This show was awesome. And i wanna know what happens with Izzy. I really thought she found Mia and pearl.😭🤌🏾 I was heart broken.
I use to have a friend's mom i felt that type of love for.
How convenient that a group millionaire actresses change the conversation about inequality from one about class to one about race. Blaming everything on nebulous "systemic racism" and non-existent "white privilege" is comforting for these actresses as so long as we aren't talking about class, they know their wealth privilege (which is the only real privilege) is safe.
They're defending their class interests. Simple as that.
Totally agreed but I think race, class gender etcetera is valid in the conversation
Go off queen
The story is based off Shaker Heights, OH, where the writer grew up. Today it's a very racially mixed community. In the 1950s and 60s, white residents were paid stipends by the state government to live in neighborhoods with black people. Black people were given no money. Those descendants live in those neighborhoods today.
Did you read the book or watch the show? Race is relevant here. Ik the conversation can be triggering for some folk but....
Your comment perfectly demonstrates the existence of white privilege; and of systemic racism; undeniably reinforcing the system of white supremacy within which they operate.
