THANK YOU! Came home, unloaded groceries...2 days later CAN'T FIND MY KEYS GRRRR. Thought I had them in my pocket, they must have fallen out while unloading the car...SOMEONE picked them up (I am sure of it).....learned how to playback.....turns out....I had a different coat on LOL! I loved the fact that it JUMPS to the incident of event, I actually thought OMG I am gonna have to view 48hours worth of video!! Drrrr! You saved me not having my car REKEYED! True story!......... GREAT VIDEO!!!
That's a great story! The playback is great because you can jump from one incident to another and that saves time. We had vandals in our neighborhood and caught them using the same technique as you did. And our footage was a night time around 2:00am and the video quality was pretty good! Thank you for going to the effort of putting up clips like this. I installed a Reolink system with 4K cameras a few months ago and it has taken quite some time to work out what you can and can't do with the NVR, Reolink Client and the mobile app. Although it has a few quirks, I am happy with the system overall.
It won’t let me playback more then 1 cameras it says because recording in 8MP? Is it possible to view more then 1 camera at time on screen by changing resolution or something? This should be something basic I mean my 10 year old camera system does that
I have just downloaded the updated version of the reolink client V8.8.5 but cannot see the playback speed setting you have on this video can you please help
I have the Argus Pro ( which I installed last week and love both of them)...I'm storing on micro chips. How do I delete the recordings when the chip is getting full? or does it record over all clips?
HI, I don't have any of the features your system has. I thought I had bought one of the better models that had the extra options like yours. Its an RLK8 - 820D4 A system with RLN8 410. What NVR or system model did you show your demo on?
Iam having an issue with the playback only keeping 6-7 days. Im needing atleast 2 weeks worth. Is there a setting I can change to fix this issue? Or does reolink ONLY keep about a week workforces footage?
It should be available for as long as your 2tb hard drive has space which is over 2 months. Check your reolink nvr and see what recording settings you have. You may need to change the settings. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it.
In theory you should be able to. I have added a non reolink camera to my reolink NVR system and that camera was a PTZ wireless 1080p camera. However, the wireless camera was not always connected to the NVR and it didn't have an recording capabilities on the NVR. If I had spent more time in the settings perhaps I could have figured it out. I would just get a 16 channel reolink NVR to keep it simple. I have several Reolink System and Camera reviews so make sure to check them out. Thank you for watching.
@@UltimateTechHub I get that. I just got a 43 inch Samsung for this new camera system which displays all 8 cameras LIVE on screen. However, I am having trouble being able to watch all screens at the same time in PLAYBACK mode. Which is where we catch most shoplifters. Any help there?
@@INTHEFIELD777 OK, in playback mode it's one camera at a time. In live mode it's all cameras. We've caught taggers using playback mode to zoom in on them very helpful.

How fast a easy to use is your playback experience? my current system take forever so I want to upgraded but not sure if this one is fine.

This version is Flash based and Flash is dead! The new version 8.1.xx also sucks!

I am trying to add a new camera to my Reolink system and it can’t be seen, I have tried multiple Reolink 5MP cameras to the 5 MP Reolink system
Have you shut down your PC and restarted your software? Can you see the camera on the NVR system?
Can you add more than 8 Reolink cameras if you have a separate Poe switch?

I believe you left or right click the mouse while in playback and a little drop box should come down and it should have zoom option.

You can watch all the cameras at the same time. I watch them on my 65 inch screen TV.

How do I sign into reoclient with no password
You need to set up a password for Reolink.
