Shelby, I think just being with your mom is worth it. Regardless if you are helping her in her business or not. The smile you have while that dog is with you, instantly tells you , yes you need a dog. Love you showing all the behind the scenes stuff. I really enjoyed this vlog!!
The house in Trilogy had the best backyard! I'm so digging the way you all can now talk real estate together....love the real estate talk! The dogs together, how cute were they? The long and the short of it😅. And Joshua Tree scenery, breathtaking. What a great, fun video!!!! And hi to your Mom, sorry your Dad was not up to the venture!
I loved having a dog BUT you need to evaluate your lifestyle and is it the right time to take on the responsibility. You would be a great dog owner but it definitely limits your availability to travel especially long or sporadic trips. I know you will make the decision that is right for you.
Hi Shelby - no matter the subject, always love your vlogs! Love that you got to spend time with w/ your parents and help your mom with her listing. As far as getting a dog, you might consider waiting til you have a house and get a roommate you know/trust with a fairly regular schedule who'll watch the dog while you're away traveling. Less stress on the dog and your stress is minimized at having your dog at home with a trusted friend. I've been a dog sitter for 20+ yrs (in client's home only) & feel home-sitting is much better than boarding for the dog.
My 2 cents about dogs: I looooove my dogs. The only drawback is finding someone I trust to take care of them. I have 2 poms. It's easier to find friend or family to take care of 1 dog...but 2 dogs? Nope. Esp since we live in San Francisco...2 dogs is alot. Esp when we take 3 week vacations out of country. Dog sitters usually charge 90 per dog for dog sitting. Once we were about to go on vacation and our dog sitter had a heart attack the night before our vacation. We were able to take dogs with us, but it was not the vacation we planned.😅So, if you have someone to take care of your dog (family or friends) then, go for it! ❤🎉❤
Shelby is like that auntie that doesn’t have her own kids yet but you know you can depend on her if you need an amazing babysitter who will love and take care of your kid as if they’re her own child ❤ I vote get a dog 🐶 but it is definitely more complicated when you travel a lot.
hi Shelby great video! I love your vlogs best. In my opinion I think the only time you should get a dog is if you do not travel as much or have a home you are going to live in for a really long time. try not to depend on people too much helping with your dog. it's on you to take care of it most of the time. see you soon.
Shelby FYI: The absolute best shopping is the Marshall’s store in Joshua Tree. It is 3 times larger than any in LA. And stocked for Christmas to the brim. 👍
I guess you already know this... but if you press the tare button on the scale before adding a new ingredient it resets back to 0 and you don't have to do maths yourself 🙂And I've heard from a chef that compared to cooking, baking actually requires precision.
If you grew up in LA, we have no real rivers so our reservoirs are the closest thing and have an appeal. Next time you go to SL/LF, try. For dinner: Blair's (on Rowena), Little Don's or All Time (on Hillhurst). For shopping: Hilhurst (los feliz) and Sunset Junction. Cute stores: Yoke, Postal Service, Sumi's, Liza Shtromberg (jewelry). For brunch: Alcove, All Time, Little Dom's, Millies, Bravo toast. Mexican - Yucas (a must), Mirate (upscale, you'd like it), Homestate, Casita Del Campo (a classic) and Encanto (upscale). And then there's Atwater and EP and EaHo-- whole other thing.
Sourdough is the best! Keep practicing and you will get even better! I did just post a video of my simple sourdough loaf and it really isn’t that much work. I do use a Dutch oven but you could even use two bread pans one on top and cut the recipe in half
Wishing you all the best from Auckland, New Zealand. Thank you for your content cration. Enjoy the festive season - it comes but once a year. Stay well and always true to you : - )
I think if you are ready to settle down a bit, for sure, get a dog. You’re not a stranger to commitments. Or a stranger to life changes. Just like Moving, getting in a relationship, changing an occupation, the dog changes your life. Most of the time for the better. I think it’s a good idea.
I feel like you go out way too much to have a dog... I would feel so sad for the dog, I feel like the dog would be home alone and neglected while you're out playing tennis, socializing, driving long distances to do anything, travelling, etc.
In addition to tennis classes, I decided to try a first-timers' shuffle class. It was so much fun that I decided to continue. It's a great addition to tennis, and I just wanted to recommend it because I think that anyone who likes dance workouts is missing out if they don't try a shuffle class.
Great video and congrats on your license going through! Just a note that you can tare/zero out the scale after you place something on it so you don’t have to do math when needing to add say 40 grams, you just start at zero and wait until it gets to 40. Love that you are making bread! I want to try sourdough sometime !
Thanks for the breakdown! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
First and foremost, yes; you should get a dog! Great job on your sourdough bread,( one of the best results I’ve seen on UA-cam!) I am a native Californian,( now residing in Utah) and really miss the many different landscapes along with the ocean. La Quinta looks so 😎.
If you don’t have a Dutch oven, a spritz of water in the oven creates steam & a nice crust. If sourdough interests you, The sourdough mama on IG makes amazing bread! Super pretty & creative loaves. Momo is very cute!
Do you plan a month in advance on what kind of videos you'll make or it's out of the blue? How much outlining do you do before you start making a video?
I just got a puppy. He’s a Labrador and Feist. Super Cute. He follows me wherever I go. He’s really smart. Getting started with the dog upfront cost a lot of money. But after that, it’s not that bad in cost.
I was homeless, I had nothing to offer, always sleeping on the street, until Jesus sent me a friend who helped me... I got a job & was managing till I melt a friend who helped me introduce me to Mrs Kate Elizabeth Becherer She changed my life and now I have a home, a wife, a lovely daughter and a new identity... HALLELUJAH
I raised 75k and Kate Elizabeth Becherer is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York City
I know that woman (Kate Elizabeth Becherer) If you were born and raised in new York you'd know too, she's my family's Broker for 3yrs till now and a very good one if you asked me. No doubt she is a good woman.

Girl the way you were stressing if helping your mom for the day was a productive way to use your time was crazzyyy.
I be stressingggg mostly because I hadn’t uploaded in two weeks on my main channel 😅 and just overall was kind of slacking on it lately
@@shelbychurchvlogsShelby, would you walk with a dog when you travel somewhere?

I love having pets but also love to travel, and the problem is always needing someone to look after them when you go away. It's quite a responsibility
I agree. It's such a huge problem.

For the sour dough when you go to bake it, preheat the pan/dutch oven etc in the oven, Then put the dough on it

It's crazy how good your tennis is now and in such a short amount of time!!! Super impressed 🤩🙌

You look SO GOOD in red!!!!
Totally agree about ChatGPT giving great advice!

That dog is adorable! I love Silver Lake.
Joshua Tree National Park is beautiful!

Where is the turtle neck dress from?
One of the bakers where I work had a sour dough starter that was decades old before it was accidentally destroyed.
So funny, the house you and your mom went to in LA Quinta is on my block! It's been in the market for quite awhile. Hope you're mom's clients like it
First and foremost, yes; you should get a dog! Great job on your sourdough bread,( one of the best results I’ve seen on UA-cam!) I am a native Californian,( now residing in Utah) and really miss the many different landscapes along with the ocean. La Quinta looks so 😎.
This was fun, thank you🥰
Where did u get that red set
Omg I can't believe you'd never been in the national park!! That is indeed a crime lol. Looks like a great Thanksgiving picnic though :)
Yes however please adopt if you do choose to get a dog. Try to find a mix of breeds that work for you and your lifestyle.
Shelby, the mask gives you a zombie aesthetic 😃✌️❤️🇬🇧fun for last month.

What was the price of the Trilogy house in Indio?😊
$950,000
what kind of dog?
Monica is so your mom! You must be like your dad. Consider Eagle Rock and Highland Park.
Hi Shelby how are you happy Saturday afternoon to you and I hope you having amazing day and you are amazing supporter
two brokerages in my city don’t allow agents to go on DND ever, for the whole high-touch client responsiveness thing - hope you don’t run into that!❤
haha, I've done the same with chat gpt about certain topics where I want the facts. lol
Do you plan a month in advance on what kind of videos you'll make or it's out of the blue? How much outlining do you do before you start making a video?
Dog free for the win!
They are building a few Triligies in Vegas. I think Lennar is the builder.
❤❤❤
Hey Shelby ❤
Nope. Happy Holidays to you.
Maybe you could volunteer to foster dogs so you get the best of both worlds.
Is the dog really yappy? That’s the only thing I’d be afraid of. Is so cute though!!
Small dogs are yapy only if there were mistreated.
"Its affordable, you can get a house for under $1m..." 🤣 Either me or California is out of touch with reality. Not sure which at this point
Yes get a dog
I think that, currently, you're too busy and travel too much for a dog.
in the future, ChatGPT will be able to continuously analyze video of your dog at home, and decide when a visit by an on-demand dog sitter is needed
Sam?
Yay upload ❤
Please adopt dont shop
Yes Yes Yes! Dogs are the best
I just got a puppy. He’s a Labrador and Feist. Super Cute. He follows me wherever I go. He’s really smart. Getting started with the dog upfront cost a lot of money. But after that, it’s not that bad in cost.
Dog house renovations 😂

God bless you more abundantly for your generosity
But then, what do you do? How do you come about that in that period?
Thanks to Mrs Kate Elizabeth
I raised 75k and Kate Elizabeth Becherer is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York City
This is a definition of God's unending provisions for his people. God remains faithful to his words. I receive this for my household❤️

Dog = more content :)
get a Corgi and name it after a food like 'Miso' or 'Panini'....
or get a bushdog and name it Blaster...
I have an another following channel on youtube call it Isabel Paige they make so much at the cabin baking is one of them with sourdough.Hey why you meet her sometime ?
First
For you a snickers😅
I think a dog would be perfect for you
I would not get a dog. Your lifestyle is too much travel, but maybe a husband and a baby would be fun.
I’m impressed! Just know sourdough is a commitment. 🫵cool
