Long live the Honda Prince Anthony!!! We all really love the CR-Z. I did most of my research on the forums for the past few years, it’s nice to have proper video content with the CR-Z!
Im gonna use this series as inspiration and a how-to for my CRZ. I've already got more plans for mine, but im very curious as to what you have in store for yours, especially if youre doing anything in the performance department
This is essentially any of those DIY home improvement shows on HGTV. If you follow the same theme of installing desirable “improvements” and make it look easy with some other unrelated drama for entertainment value, it’ll be a smash hit.
That hood wrap will come along nicely with a new set of wheels, I don't mind it at all, looks great...maybe you could wrap the roof with that as well to match, up to you.
Headlights are everything I just did my 2012 Honda accord euro headlights and it’s looking amazing especially the euro headlights so much going on in there that you need them to look good !
I have an old 2002 Toyota Highlander I inherited from my Mom who died a few month ago. It was sad to loose her but I’m glad she didn’t have to live too long in her current state, She had Dementia and early Alzheimer’s. She was 87 and was living in a memory car home for the last few years. RIP Mom, say l Love you Dad and thanks to both you and dad for a great upbringing.😢 I hope to do this to the headlights on her Toyota. I Mac Arafat the hood too. I love that little SUV. It has the 2.4 4 banger but is pretty peppy. Quicker than I thought it would be. Besides if I wast to go fast I also have a F-3S Spyder that’s really quick.
cool to see someone doing something with the crz in 2021/2022. i have a couple old videos of smalls mods on my crz from years ago if anyone wants to check them out! i also like the carbon look! should invest in a nice carbon hood with some venting if youre going that route
The 3000 grit sponge is what I use on light to moderate oxidation as well, all you need to get the bulk off, and no need for extra steps on sanding. After the 3000 grit I usually go straight to polishing with my 3 inch buff and shine polishing pads on the rotary polisher and M205, pulls out the 3000 grit marks just fine without the need for a compounding step.
Anthony: Just be aware that JDM headlights have the beam cutoff setup for right-hand-drive. That means instead of shining light up onto signs on the side the road, you will be shining light up into oncoming traffic. Not sure it's possible, but if you can swap the projectors from the US headlights into the JDM ones, that might be a better option.

Bruh, that shit looks clean. My civic needs her eyes redone. I didn’t like the carbon fiber hood but it settled on me. Looks clean and good. It also compliments the eyes. Keep’em comin’!!

You got lucky, on my car the plastic on the inside yellowed, and when I took them apart the only why I can explain it is two plastics together o it was yellow in between making it impossible to restore. Ended up looking on ebay for a long time until I found two in real good shape. The i manged to get my hands on a pair of JDM ones.
@@ALLDAYANTHONY Close enough lol. I have a hood for my EK that was meant for a 96-98 that I got for 30 bucks so I took at it with a dremel and black spray paint and made it fit my 2000 HX. You've got one up on me for sure 😂
I used Meguiar's G2970 Two Step Headlight Restoration Kit for my headlamps and was so easy to use with less work than in this video with the same, if not better results.
Headlights came out great, but they will fade out again. Best thing to do is remove them, sand them down, and respray them with a quality 2K clear coat
A pro level ceramic coating will last a couple years. 2k restoration is a great option, but I prefer PPF. Protects the light and keeps it from oxidizing
Need to do the same thing on my moms VW Fox Edit: as ricer i need to tell you that i would love to see this in widebody and bigger engine without that hybrid plate😄

The coating itself will last 2+ years. But there still is a chance that they can yellow again depending on UV exposure. PPF is more of a semi permanent solution

I used Cerekote to restore both my CR-Z headlights. One kit is $40 and I stretched it to cover both cars.

And to fix it lifetime make a painter apply 1 or 2 layers of clear coat uv resistant.
