Elius is a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician with a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology. Elius is passionate in the field of ABA which has led him to work with children at the Victorious Center of Excellence in Tanzania, specialising in neural developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Besides that Elius is a holder of a diploma in primary teaching which has equipped him with a deep understanding of children behaviours, which complements his ABA expertise. Elius has worked diligently to implement evidence-based strategies to address the unique needs of children with ASD, focusing on their behavioural challenges. These strategies have included functional behaviour assessments, behaviour intervention plans, and data-driven decision-making.
