When I started both my Print on Demand and my KDP Business, I decided to outsource all medium content book covers and 20% of my t-shirt designs. I'm not a designer so the money I spend allows me to have an artist create what I want without spending hours creating them myself. I see nothing wrong with this.

I've never published anything before, and I've always had a closeted love for writing, I'm not sure how good of a writer I am, but I'm hoping that I can do well enough to make at least 3k a month so i can quit my job and enjoy life. Your tutorial has been very informative. Please how do you jump the hurdle of creative fabrica and their duplicate content. How are you able to get quality work by paying a fraction of industry rates? I tried that a few times and I never got good work. I paid well too and got some bad work in the past, but my best work was from paying a fair rate. But then it is tricky to get a return on a bigger investment. I'm still trying to figure this part out. You could make a whole video series just about hiring people online.

yeah, sure, pay everybody to do your job... sure. The things you have to hear... the only way you can afford to pay so much staff is if you are doing thousands of sales monthly... which making low-quality content books won't do.
Literally explained in the video to just do it one at a time and scale as your income increases
