My dad showed me Treys music last year, I can't believe I had never heard of him, especially living in SWVA but I am to the point now where I listen to these covers maybe more than originals now! Incredible voice, incredible guitar playing on all of them!

I knew you'd do a splendid cover of this one. Your vocals are impeccably accurate, and with those little slides you add, you really tug at the heartstrings. The playing is tasteful, but crystalline, as befits the ballad mood. These days, as I'm sure you've heard, live vocal performances in streaming settings are being pitch corrected, and that really tears me up; I don't have anything like a sense of perfect pitch, but I can see you need none of those gimmicks. You are the real deal, man, an artist, and I consider it a privilege to be able to pass my comments directly along to you. By the way, a long time ago, I spent a couple of summers as a geology student based south of Hoback Junction in western Wyoming. It has a special place in my memory.

I wanna be able to use what I have. Don’t wanna buy a bunch of gear I don’t need or won’t use in order to get quality audio and video. Welll done Trey!
