Small tip: DOT can be avoided by switching to operator for the time of the dot. Second... Helios can scan killed enemies as long as the scan started before they were killed. ;)
Ya, I've gotten most of these down to a science. Though I recommend a Wukong, better mobility overall then Wisp. I would also recommend against using Titania as she can't use the panels while in razorwing.
In the first room you opened there is a secret emblem on the side doors or at least one of them, I haven't done any research behind it but i Don't think anyone has seen it before.
Then these might have existed longer than you've been playing, they were introduced with the gas city rework they did for the latest episode/version of 'alad v in cahoots with a third party set of villains(i.e. not corpus faction)' - The Jovian Concord, or Alad struck a deal with the sentients(note there's also the mutalist(infected) Alad V on Eris, from another operation/event from way back). He...has a history of doing that.

Your editing on 13:00 is a little confusing. Took a while to figure out where the heck you were for the Semicircle. Had to orient from one of the other ones.
I could have sworn I have on rare occasions gotten War parts from the sentient mimics, but I might just be thinking of the sentient mimics that appear when fighting the Ropalolyst. Also the other amalgams can drop some of those gas city parkour mods.
Opened and plundered the vault after the code didn't work like 4 times in a row , eveb within the time limit just didn't open and then after plundering I still fucking didn't get the nightwave done
why do none of these guys show you how to actually find the door they just show the door and not how they got there or show on the map were it is. it is really frustrating they just expect you to know the map

At the 3rd door, the room the access panel is in, there is a hidden kuria for anyone that's looking for them.
Highly recommend the Kuria challenge. I did it years ago when I was relatively new to the game. One of my favorite memories.

I've been blindly firing my kuva bramma with primed firestorm to break those access panels the whole time
killing the enemies has a hance of droppin rare mods exclusive to those rooms
