This scene reveals that Hank is an even more dangerous psychopath than Walt, when you see how he writes his "b"s.
I’ve never seen any body write b like this
@@kkkkkkkkh12 you mean "any kody"

Love the juxtaposing of Hank saying “we’ve got a badass on our hands here” and then it cuts to Walt being the most milquetoast dad in America.
Walt Jr: What was that about toast?
underrated🤣@@bentooreo9849
Wow it's almost like that was the joke. 🙄
@@jdubo1998 He didn't point it out, he stated that he loves it. Get some friends.
@@devanov3103 Nah, my friends don't feel the need to explain clearly obvious jokes.
I love the line about the DEA chemist couldn’t do better. Shows how amazing Walt is when he does it in his underwear.
"Yeah baby, work it"

@@ryanwilliamske And he made something even better when he had access to his lab and other materials.
Oh bud, government employees are government employees at the end of the day.
Well, he was right about the kingpin part, only he didn't expect it to be a family relative.
He wasn't a kingpin, didn't you saw the series?
@@Saddonghusseinhe wasn't a true kingpin until season 4
@@Banthezhof1138 even in that season he wasn't, because mike was the one who move the products, had the connections, etc
Love how the scene starts with banter about breath mints, and ends with Walter brushing his teeth. Bravo Vince!
Never noticed that
That's pretty clever.
0:03 I don't think I have ever seen anyone in my life write the letter 'b' in that fashion.

2023 and here we are still going back what debuted back in 2008. Hard for me to imagine any other series having this much momentum behind it.
There is no progress anymore, they hire indians for cheap CGI and cousins of producers do the writing.
Everything is going down, skilled people retire, replaced by nothing.
The Sopranos been out since 99 still going strong
@SoldierMob I was thinking about that. It's often brought up the same way as BB but I watched the first episode and it felt like a SNL parody
@@Emidretrauqe when it gets to season 4-6 thats when it becomes a peak show same with breaking bad imo
Clone wars is definitely 1 show, I know definitely not on the level of breaking bad but it was special for a reason
Hope he finds about his brother-in-law, and helps him stop this mess, so either of them don't get into any trouble with the drug lords and live happily ever after as a family.. 😊
I know, I'm quite liking these characters despite their issues, I hope he can make Walt see the error of his ways and get him the help he needs without bloodshed.
@@eoingaskin I hope he will be able to get Walt on a right path and him not needing any money in the future for his treatment and that he beats cancer! I already love this show!
Hank should have never have taken Walt to the DEA bust site. He would have done himself a huge favour.
This scene reveals that Crazy-8 would have indeed killed Walt and his family if he had been let go. Not even Tuco was psychopath enough to rat people out.
Watch BCS it explains it
How? Wasn't domingo an informant?
@@davon7707 what's the explanation? In BCS Lalo uses Krazy-8 to tell DEA about Gustavo Fring's hiding places, but it doesn't explain why he ratted out his cousin, and this is one of the most incomprehensible moments in the universe of BB for me
@@romanjake4203maybe he wanted to rat Jesse
@@romanjake4203 if im correct, after he ratted out gus saul asked the dea to make krazy 8 a long time informant protected by the fed so criminals dont find out krazy is a rat and kill him
Gomie should have figured it was Walt almost straight away. He was as smart as Hank but wasn’t blinded by just assuming Walt was incapable of this
Yeah but how would he get it through Hank? Besides, Gomey also saw him as a dork brother in law of a DEA agent.
I was thinking the same thing. Then I stopped and said, whoa it's a TV show, homes, it happens the way the writers make it happen. These aren't real people they're malleable fiction.
@@slimturnpikewoah you just realized it was a fictional TV show??? Chris almighty you’ve had a crazy revelation.
But Gomie’s instinct wasn’t as sharp as Hank’s when it came to investigating Gus.
He probably didn't know about Walt's past. Hank might have known he was a genius but was blinded by being his bil. The rest of the Dea, gomey included, didn't know about Walt's genius, so they had no reason to suspect him. The only evidence tying him was that it was taken from his school, and they quickly found a scapegoat for that.
Little did he know, it was his own brother in law.
Whaaaaat?!
Well DOY!
Thanks for the spoliers
Sorry lol, I even wondered if I should have put a spoiler warning before the message since the whole show was spoiled for me, but I decided not to because you get to know it was him before this scene even plays out lol.@@pikachuzero3335

I just saw that it’s the guy behind Gomez who’s doing it. I don’t think we ever saw this guy again but damn the show wouldn’t be the same without him
Man, this makes me wanna re-watch the show
Dew it.
Damn, now i'm not sad seeing Hank die in the desert after witnessing how he writes "b"
It’s too bad there weren’t three dumb kids named Reese, Malcolm, and Dewey to pull a shower prank while Walt is brushing his teeth.
Breaking Bad is about a good of a series than a fellow could ask for. I loved it
Just realised, probably missed or forgotten when I watched it that it was krazy 8 that ratted out emilio
For me, this is one of the most incomprehensible moments in the BB universe. Why would he ratted out his cousin?
@@romanjake4203Because he was a DEA informant apparently
What a great series
Greatest cutaway at the end ever.
Why does this clip sounds like I'm listening to it through a PVC pipe?
Wow, lime green marker on a whiteboard. This was a subtle way to show that the DEA did not have the resources for a case this size. They couldn't even afford a black dry erase marker and had to use lime green, which has horrible visibility. Or, maybe it was Hank's choice to use that color, showing he would never figure out that it was Walt all along. Either way, brilliant foreshadowing!
Green like money, like what Walt wanted for his family.
Hard to see, because when all you focus on is money, you lose sight of things.
Bravo Vince.
I loved him like a brother-in-law
0:03 that is Dean Norris's real handwriting, not a stunt double! Brapo bince
Its a shame that hank referend the jeffersons, had he referred to family matters instead Hank would have found out sooner.
It is hard to believe Hank went from being a cop to being the leader of the drug dealer community.
That’s what we all look like when we brush are teeth
99.1, so this is the number.
Operation "Icelureaker" , the way he writes "b" looks like L+U
This scene is a great encapsulation of Walt's motive to become a criminal. People didn't take him seriously. You can argue that's both the fault of the people around him and himself for not having enough confidence to put himself in the spotlight
ice breakers were so much more popular back then lol
I found it very hard to believe that with how Walt thinks and his background of a Chemist, on how he didn't manage to get something higher in terms of job/salary other than a highschool Chemistry Teacher? Hell, he could've gotten the job as the DEA's Chemist as mentioned here!
Oh no! I hope they don't catch Walt. He's such a good guy, you know.
Operation Rock Candy would’ve been a good name
2:01 😅
Season 1 & 2 of Breaking Bad, were visually the best in my opinion.
There's a certain charm & nostalgia in all these shots & is almost as colorful & visually appealing than Better Call Saul.
Plus those 2 seasons have the most dark humor & comedic aspect to it.
I really like all the calm before the storm, the blissful ignorance everyone has, not realizing how a low profile highschool teacher with cancer is about to slowly destroy millions of lives.
I agree, the cinematography (especially in season 1) has a certain charm to it
@lrrroftheplanetomicronpersei8 I think it get ways better from season 3, I do like the first two seasons though its more of a dark comedy, after that it goes full gangster
Better Call Saul is Better

It’s crazy how Hank mentioned he dealt with Krazy8 when he was street level
I've always wondered why they didn't get Walt or Jesse fingerprints off of the facemask. There would have been something?
My head cannon is that it somehow rained and the fingerprints are not there
Fingerprints aren't registered until you're arrested for a crime.
@@qwertymanor I did not know that, interesting.
@@qwertymanorEvery crime is free until you get booked for your first crime.
But the issue is that only used to be true now we have a million different things that you are required to register for.

We want a movie about Jesse after living in Alaska
He's either living in some crappy rental locked inside 6 months out of the year, he'd be lucky to be in a cabin and live off the land but that takes super serious knowledge. People get killed by the Alaskan environment.
Was hoping we’d get a shot of him in some bar and his shocked reaction finding out Saul got apprehended.
