Scammers united in scamming matrimony
Jay & Ernestine raised almost 12 million from Black people in the name of our ancestors (TREF - Tulsa Real Estate Fund) and their investors didn't receive what they were told they would from their investment at all. The one building that he did purchase in Atlanta (The Black House) is now up for sale! How they can just sit there and smile when people invested in TREF (some invested $15,000) and didn't get a return is sickening! Come through Karma!
It was a success as far as Jay is concerned
It takes time for a return and you don’t know that to be true also when you invest even with apple or Google it’s a bottom that says anything is a risk in life that’s part of being entrepreneur!! And people would have had a return if the pandemic didn’t. Come thru and shut peoples business down as well as tell people they wouldn’t allowed to work or else people would’ve had their returns plus way more. It’s not his fault. The government is being very tyrannical right now and has been for years and years and years.
Blame the tyrannical government that shut down the whole world, including his business and would not allow people to go to work to get you your money plus profit or else he would’ve made you your money back plus double plus also you have risks whether you invest with him with Apple Amazon, don’t matter Look what the banks did to people in 0708
And the pandemic 2020s was worse than 2007 2008. They made people not allowed to go to work. People should’ve went to work and opened anyway and said fuck you what are they gonna do throw the whole fucking country in jail? Nope but you’re coward. I bet you stayed home too.

Jays whole pitch was that he was a former drug dealer and jail mate, yet black people gave him their money. When someone tells you who they are, it’s your fault if you decide to deal with them.
It's called submission. It is something that alot of independent black women struggle with. Striving so hard to make your mark and follow new societal norms, we forget what God ordained us to be. God is the key ingredient, but it takes work on both parts.

Wow this was a powerful episode. I watched Ernestine on Kountry Wayne show with his skits. She is a great actress. Now seeing her with her husband and him over coming adversities as a black man. The way God used them prior to meeting and after them being married. Standing strong together through trying times and believing in their goals while still helping the black community. Much love and respect for this couple. A three time felon became a millionaire and with the help of a beautiful black queen build their empire. May God continue to cover and bless them. He’s not a scammer just like investing with Apple or any other company you you have a risk. All companies will never make it. That’s what entrepreneurship is about bumping your head and learning plus if it wasn’t for the pandemic, everybody would’ve double and triple their money or at least got 50% of it back. Profit plus what they put in it’s the pandemic not him he wasn’t allowed to operate people had to stay home. Scammer Marriage always wins
The pandemic closed down the world and did not allow people to make money. You don’t remember that it’s not his fault. Do you do you still have a bank account with Bank of America which who took everyone’s home by the way and back in 2007 2008 and made their home worth 80% less than what it was Worth when they bought it so they lost 500% it takes 500% to get back to 100 from 20% so it’s not really 80%. It’s 400%.

What I love about Egypt and Mike is the respect for one another while doing the podcast not over bearing! But allowing each other to express their views that's very important because sometimes this can be a bit difficult especially if one is more expressive ,don't try to over talk each other ! Nothing just happens and All things are purposeful. This episode was Epic and amazing. I've learned to do what God has asked of me by following Jesus's example: Do what I'm called to do in obscurity. Jesus walked in Purpose and said, "Go tell no one."
I discovered that no matter what we're called to do... there will always exist both sides of anything. More specifically, The Law of Existence is always in operation (Nothing can exist without its opposite).
Jay and Ernestine, you're doing wonderful works and your gifts, talents, abilities, and willingness to serve are pure. I encourage you to learn that Obscurity is a wonderful gift that pays the dividends of Peace of Mind.

I know this is long & I'm going to catch some heat 4 saying this, but Ernestine comes off as stuck-up, nice-nasty, undercutting & mean🙄😒. Throughout this entire interview, all she did was throw jabs & put her husband down. I don't understand why he married her, especially if he had a supportive & attentive lady before her🤔. But maybe what he was missing in that relationship was toxicity, b/c this woman is clearly toxic. I see now that some ppl aren't happy & easily bored when everything goes smoothly in their relationships. In turn, they crave meanness, arguing & toxicity. I tend to see that a lot w/ Scorpios. Now, I don't know how Jay is at home. He could be a nightmare in his personal life but if he is, he's not demonstrating that here. I notice he's looking in her eyes like he's infatuated & enamored; however, that energy is not reciprocated on her part. She should be encouraging & speaking positively about him & his past especially in public, considering that he has a public & a Godly calling on his life. But all I heard was her criticizing his 1st start-up office; calling him a 3x felon & a high school drop-out; a narcissist who's self-absorbed; & how she was too self- important & paid to do a free black community service event. To make matters worse, she makes it clear that she won't stand beside her husband in the event legal accusations are thrown his way, & she'll rat him out if need be. Plus, she sounds like an awful friend to her girlfriends. I don't see this marriage lasting for long especially if he has any self-esteem. Lastly, this man has a testimony re how his journey started & where it is now. So, I'm not suggesting he should withhold any part of his story; however, when the fact that he's a 3x felon & a high school dropout is made the narrative, this is what causes the distrust & lack of support from our ppl. I feel like that should not have come from her & the way it delivered was wrong. That story should've been his story to tell. Idk but this interview annoyed the hell out of me😤. I'm looking to hear from couples who clearly like each other and Egypt & Mike always represent that & have couples on their podcast who demonstrate that. This couple, not so much or at least, on her part.

I am so happy that you are shouting from the rooftops that black people who are doing good for us and being persecuted by us and by them, have been vindicated and that they continue to want to do good and have not given up.
